First class service from a first class team

First class service from a first class team.I have known James for a number of years always putting the patient first and treating them as an individual.His strength lays in the way he interacts with his team and they all follow his principle of being totally customer focused.
Everyone from Jack (great sense of humour ) ,Alex to the gregarious girls on reception Jenny and Carly helped make a nervous patient (I hate X rays)
more comfortable and at ease .

You can always rely on a a warm welcome…

You can always rely on a a warm welcome from the team at Tongwynlais Dental Care. Its not very often you can say that you've enjoyed a visit to the hygienist but Harriet and the team really do put you at ease. They are also very entertaining at times! Perfect if you are a bit nervous about making a visit to the dentist.
