Avoid at all costs!
I picked a car up from here on the 10th of August at the price of £14995.it broke down on the 29th. After months of trying to get them to do something I took it to be diagnosed at my own expense. Found the same problem the RAC said it was when they recovered the car on the 29th August. Tone motor company said they would pay for the repair. The jaguar specialist informed me that although this is the problem that is showing up it might not be the end of it as there could be something else causing the part to fail. To e motor company agreed to this and told me to go ahead with the repair. After the repair was done I had to pay for it myself to get the car back and have still not been refunded for it. The car then broke down again with the same problem soon after. Tone insisted the car came back to them at my expense to be looked at. They're 180 miles away so couldn't understand why they wouldn't just send it to a specialist near me. After much back and forward they eventually picked it up and took it all the way back. They now say they have took it to jaguar and there is no fault but as jaguar didn't find a fault they gave them no paperwork. I called the place in question and pretended to book a car in for diagnostic and was told I would always be given a report even if it was given the all clear. Its now the 8th of December and the car is on its way back to me. I was told by someone at tone he has a friend that works at Jaguar. I believe his friend has told the finance company that the car was there when it wasn't. I've been 3 months with no car and can't even go and buy another one because of these bandits!
