Toner compatible que realmente es INCOMPATIBLE. Lamentablemente me di cuenta muy tarde. Han atendido mis correos como si tuvieran intención de darme una solución pero nada, me han olvidado. Compré un juego completo de toners CMYK presuntamente compatibles con mi láser Xerox, así los venden en su web. En realidad NO FUNCIONAN pues el chip de los cartuchos no se reconoce en la impresora. ¿que nombre tiene vender productos que no funcionan? ... pues eso.
