Product - an PRS SE Bernie Marsden guitar - arrived on time and was excellently set up. Played beautifully right out of the box. Having viewed the virtual tour of their premises on their website, I'll certainly give them a visit next time I'm in the area.

It pays to hunt around on line. Tone World didn't immediately show up on my browser but I found it via e-Bay. The price was competitive, the product was exactly what I was looking for and I was delighted with the rapid delivery of the amplifier. Increasingly surcharges apply for delivery to certain areas of Scotland, despite them being less remote than parts of England. That would be enough for me not to buy a product from a company irrespective of the price. Tone World obviously understands that to have a genuinely UK wide market you can not discriminate on delivery pricing in this way. Now that I am aware of it, I will be back browsing its website sometime soon.

Its tricky buying a guitar online, especially one I hadnt even seen in the flesh before let alone played. It couldnt have gone better!

Im not an amazing guitarist but I do appreciate quality. Im 50 this year & figured Id treat myself to a top acoustic. Old giffers do things like that. My new Martin D-18 arrived safe & sound and set up to perfection. I cant stop playing it, which has just got to be right hasnt it? What a tone! Comfortable feeling neck & beautiful Sitka top. Im never gonna let go of this one. When I pop me clogs, my 2 lads are gonna have to fight for it.

I ordered two guitar straps from Toneworld. They quickly confirmed my order and reduced the shipment costs doing only one parcel.
As one of the straps was damaged, they sent an email stating there was some delay to get a new one in stock. This was done in two days and the straps were quickly shipped to France where I live.

Well what can I say about these guys !.

I think I've bought three or four effects pedals from them and apart from having one of the best selections of standard and boutique pedals in the UK, along with competitive pricing and a family business feel, which I love, they go that extra mile in terms of customer service.

Several times I've ordered late for next day delivery and had to change the delivery address and they have consistently come up with the goods.

As a gigging musician this is an invaluable service and one I will come back to time and time again.

The item I was looking for was out of stock so i took the "email when back in stock" option. The day i received an email from Tone World i went online to place an order. The item arrived the next day. Great service.

I contacted toneworld to order a RJM mini effects looper as they had listed them as out of stock, it turns out they had one left in stock which i bought and recieved the next working day.
I will be using toneworld again for sure.

I was looking for Tremolo springs for my Strat. Tone World had a niche market upgrade set in stock, at a fair price.
delivery was as promised. Easy to recommend.

Ordered the second hand item on a Friday, and it turned up in a basically brand new condition on the Saturday. Price was reasonable as well, so can't really ask for more than that!

Mission VB-1 volume pedal. Quick delivery, nice personal service. What's not to like ...?

Also, love the web site - eg. so nice to be able to 'hover over' a pic of a second hand FX pedal and see the pic flip over so you can see if it has velcro on the underside, etc.

I had been after a Exotic EP Booster for a number of years and they were always sold out as soon as I had seen them for sale, so as soon as I saw them in Tone World I had to strike. Ordered on line and the next day had one in my grubby hands. The EP Booster is everything I had hoped and the service from Tone World was second to none. Things don't get cooler than that.

Ordered my guitar on Friday evening and was playing by Tuesday afternoon. Guitar was set up how I wanted and was perfect. Thanks very much.
