Tool came as described, but shipping…
Tool came as described and payment was easy. My issue came with the shipping. Instead of placing the package on my front doorstep where I have a camera they placed it in the back of my house which is on a busy street. Disappointing as shipping was over $20

Been buying tile tools from this company for probably 10 years here and there .
They are always on top of things and great service.
They deliver packages right to my door seeing i live out of town .

The tracking for the package was almost none existent. Given that the shipping company was well known i expected better.
