I love the levels!!! They are sturdy and the best on the market. This review would have received 5 stars (I almost rated this a 3) if the packaging would have been better. For such an important instrument as these levels I would expect better packaging for shipping. The levels just had a single layer of cardboard protecting them and that cardboard was punctured in one place and bent in another and partially opened. I checked the levels and they seem to have arrived safely despite the poor packaging.

I paid over $20 for 2 day shipping. I was told it would be delivered on Sunday I still have not received my order two days after the guaranteed delivery date. I will never purchase anything from them again and I recommend others don't either. With the issues caused waiting for this part to arrive delaying the project another two days. It would have been cheaper for me to purchase a new framing nailer.

I got this to do lug nuts and it's to weak to get it done. I haven't used it on anything else yet. I guess I should have got the 18 volt.

I ordered spring spikes. The ordering was easy and the spikes came way sooner than expected. Great price and quick delivery.

Great price, arrived fast but was shipped in reg box and tip had torn through because it was missing reducer. Left me wondering whether this was an "open box" item rather than NIB. Contacted customer service and provided requested photos but never got a final response. It works so that is the most important part.

I called two other web based stores first. At both the representatives had zero knowledge about the products. Brandon knows his products and offered advice on their use. At Tool Authority their name rings true and will be my first call from now on!!

I'm always a little weary of trying new online retailers, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with tool authority. Some of the functionality of the website interface that wasn't working had me a little worried.

Bottom line is I Received product at a competitive price and they were quick to ship.
