You sell stuff that's not in stock. Don't tell customers that you don't actually have the merchandise you are selling and give no information about when said merchandise will be available. You charge credit cards for merchandise weeks before you can actually ship it.

Order process is pretty easy. I've ordered twice and both times I never got any type of order acknowledgement or credit card receipt when I ordered. This creates a problem for our payables department.

I ordered a Diablo dial a width dado blade and I accidentally broke the dial. I thought I was gonna have to buy a whole new blade for 280$ but these guys saved my. Bc they were to only ones who sold the dial by itself.

Even though I made a small purchase for maintenance parts, they were shipped carefully and quickly. The status updates sent via email were timely and informative.
Two Storefronts Cause Confusion
Hello,
Please know that—from a customer’s perspective—the use of two company names/storefronts (ToolMarts and ToolOrbit) for the same business entity brings nothing but confusion and frustration.
While I understand that maintaining sister/mirror websites is a common current-day business practice (to appear as competitors and capture more of the market, I suppose?), it in no way results in customer satisfaction.
I ordered the same “in-stock” tool from a second, seemingly-different company (ToolOrbit)—only to later discover that it shares an address (and inventory) with the first company (ToolMarts).
Who wins in this scenario? I see only a waste of time and unnecessary credit-card transactions for me—and lost revenue for you all.
I realize that, with AI, companies will create as many pseudonyms as they choose: however, that does not mean that it’s a sound business practice.
Therefore, at a minimum. I suggest that both “companies” remove product offerings from their websites when those products are discontinued, and/or point the customer to the new replacement part number. In that scenario, everyone wins!

While the service was great, I had a problem with one of the items I ordered. it was an air pressure regulator, after installing it leaked air from under the adjusting dome. I attempted contacted the manufacturer but did not receive a response.

I have called customer service at least 50 times in four days with no answer, they did finally call me back and I said I have been calling for days, the man said we are a huge company. Terrible customer service spend your money on Amazon, not here
NO ARRIVAL
My Item has never arrived.
The Toolmarts Customer Service is very difficult to reach. No one answers the phone because you are AUTOMATICALLY sent into a voicemail. I have had to leave 4-5 Voicemail messages before receiving 1 phone call. I am still waiting for an item that was ordered 19 days ago.
