I ordered 10 Dremel accessories on Aug…

I ordered 10 Dremel accessories on Aug 22. Received half of them on Sept 11. Sent email on Sept 11 with request to send 5 more. Sent email on Sept 29 asking for the rest of my order. Sent email on Oct 29 asking for the rest of my order. Received a Package from Toolmarts on Oct 31 with the wrong product. My order is still not fulfilled. Today I logged into my account on Toolmarts and found another customers $5K order TM- listed on my account. This company has serious challenges and if I were to do it over, I would go elsewhere. I gave up. Buyer beware.

Being lied to?

I recently ordered a Makita cordless drill to replace one that was damaged. Tool Mart Inc had the best price and I've ordered from there in the past. I received a confirmation email saying my item would be shipped in a few days. A few days later I received an email saying that the order was cancelled per the customers request. I emailed immediately stating I did NOT cancel the order and to please ship the item I purchased. I then received another email stating that the product was out of stock. I asked why that wasn't the reason given instead of stating the customer cancelled the order. No reply was given. Embarrassing for the company to have this customer service as acceptable.

Wrong size blades!

I ordered two Festool saw blades with the expectation that they would be delivered within five days. The delivery finally came after two weeks and the blades shipped were not the blades I ordered. I ordered 216mm and was sent 260mm. While I realize this was just and error in the fulfillment - I have received no response to multiple calls and messages left, an email request for return authorization and a facebook message to their company.

Excessive Shipping Delay

I was replacing a part for a friend whose jigsaw I'd borrowed. I damaged the anti-splintering shield and wanted to replace the part as fast as I could. The only real problem I had doing that was the time it took my order to ship. The order took eight business days to ship from Toolmarts. The part did arrive three business days after shipping, which is absolutely reasonable. I would have appreciated being notified if this delay was normal when placing my order, or being notified of a delay soon after placing it.
