Brook at the sales desk was very nice. However, your website makes me not want to do business with you -ever again. Stop suggesting to add the -4 digits to my billing zip code. My credit card company does not have the -4 so it rejected the charge. I had to do it twice. Also, after entering in my information, I had to select the yellow "Continue" button twice. This is bad IT programming. Fix it. I use a Mac with Safari.

I made a mistake on a order. I try calling the customer number, but nobody was available. I sent them a email, they reply back that they processed the order and there was nothing they can do. Horrible customer service. Never ordering from this company again.

Your customer service is still horrible. I called your number 5 times, and couldn't reach anyone. I emailed you 15 mins after I placed the order. You don't have any customer service rep covering email or phone. You took the order and don't care about your customer. Your excuse is weak.

Ordered a customer exhaust system for my classic Mustang from PerformanceExhaust. com, and I must say, I'm extremely pleased with the experience. The exhaust arrived promptly, just a week after placing the order. It was in pristine condition, still in its original packaging, and the packaging was so secure. I couldn't be happier with the service.
Super easy check out. However no info given on shipping tracking! Emailed them to ask for tracking info and the supplied the info the day I received the package!
I ordered another product and this time choose ups 2nd day air. Same thing happened. After 5 days I emailed for tracking info and was given tracking info the day the package arrived. This time however they did not ship ups 2nd day air but instead shipped ups ground. I then had to email again to ask for a shipping cost refund. So way to much for a consumer to have to correct when that should be on the shoulders of the manufacturer or seller!!!!
If I could give a negative star review it would be a negative 5 star review.
I wish anyone who reads this and still chooses to order through ToolSource Goodluck as you will most definitely need it! You have been warned!!!!!

You had the tool i needed in stock.That was it.Everything else was screwed up. Slow shipping and no notice that the tool was shipped. Check your web site nothing.
I found what i needed, the check out process was good.
Tool Source had the tool I needed although it was back ordered or not available at a dozen other sites. The shipping was fast, and the checkout was easy to follow. Received tool in perfect condition.

I couldn't find this ratchet in stock anywhere else. They shipped it fast. I didn't have any problems.
I ordered a few tools from Toolsource back in early January 2021. After waiting 10 days and receiving nothing, I emailed them only to be told that the part was on back order and that they had emailed me. When I told them I didn’t receive an email, they told me it may have gone into my spam folder and asked if I still wanted the tools. I told them yes and asked how long the back order would be. They said typicality 2 to 3 weeks which I agreed to. Well, here it is approaching the end of March and still no tools. I sent them two additional emails about the status of the order and 10 days later, still no reply. All of the negative reviews you see on this site seem to be right on the money as far as I’m concerned. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again.
Idi0ts thives, rude customer service, don't trust that they'll order and ship your purchased items, becuase they won't. You'll never get through to customer service, I had to call Meritool Timms other company each and everytime. They don't respond to voicemails or emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Tool Source charged my credit card for almost $200 for items that were lost in the mail back in May, promised a refund, and now we're almost into August and they still have not issued that refund and refuse to answer calls. SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!

Delayed shipping, I requested 3 times to cancel order, they shipped anyway. When I refused the item it was returned on the 18th of April. I still have not received a refund and its May 26th. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Buyer Beware.
Ordered a Baum tool from toolsource.com to install differential bushings on an e39 M5 that I ordered the week prior from ECS. Tool arrived same day as bushings, within a week from ordering, brand new in it's original factory wrapping and well packaged. Very happy.

I am looking for a part that is difficult to find. After finding it on your website I was cautiously excited to place my order, but due to never hearing of your company in the past decided I better do a little research before doing so. I must say, I am very glad I followed my instincts. It seems that you have an issue with being able to fulfill delivery times. However, what is even more concerning to me as customer who expects exceptional customer service from any company in which I am making a purchase; in every negative review you chose to respond to you always make an excuse and blame your customer. It really is not a good look to potential new clients such as myself who are researching your company. I understand when an issue arrises it may not always be your fault, but your responses tend to create a pattern and it is not one that attracts business. You lost a potential customer in me.
