Poor response times
The lady i spoke to was lovely, but i've had no response to emails and the follow up to receive a return note from a colleague never happened. They are short staffed and service is poor.

Very poor
I see i'm not the only one experiencing issues, I ordered a Kress Robotic Lawnmower on the 26th of june, the order status has been 'processing' since the following Monday, I've emailed 3 times, no reply, Rang twice, no one answers. Shocking, would not recomend.
Now i have the hassle of getting a refund.

Terrible service
I called this morning (Friday 26th June) regarding an order for a Kress lawnmower that I placed on 15th June. I was informed by the person I spoke to that he will double check that item was in the warehouse and will call me back.
I received no call or email.
It is absolutely ridiculous that the item has still not been dispatched.
As such I will cancel the order and request a refund

Useless. I ordered a mower. Week later it still wasn't dispatched. Rang up to ask what happened. Had phone put down on me. Emailed them and said cancel it monday. 3 days later had confirmation. Wasted 2 weeks of my life with these jokers
Rang them again today to double check it was a refund and not store credit. Put phone down on me again. No problem. Lost my business. I wouldn't use these if they were free

The pre delivery service was good but…
The pre delivery service was good but after receiving my mower a fault occured within 48hrs of delivery but when trying to get assistance on how to get any information or help good luck.
Told they will contact you but this never happens you either sort other help or you are stuck with the item that does'nt work properly. Use a local face to face dealer and do not get burnt by this company.
