I ordered 10, 20kg bags of floor tiles cement, half the price I could find anywhere else. Delivery was very cheap too. I thought it was too good to be true. I was wrong it was delivered within 2 days as they said. I just wish they did more products. I will use them again.

Bought makita angle drill with light, took a WEEK to receive and on top of that wrong item send. Still waiting for it to be exchanged. The job that I needed to do is long time finished. So if you buying a tool that you need quickly plan in advance (1 month) or buy from some one else!

I actually thought the product ordered was a little expensive - until it arrived. Very pleased with guality and effectiveness - price was actually quite reasonable and carriage also for size of package.
The comapany themselves were very sound - very speedy response to my order - very quick to notify me there might be a slight delay due to item being out of stock. As it transpired there was no noticable delay and the item was delivered as quickly as one could reasonably expect.
All in all ,an excellent company to do business will. Will certainly use them again when need arises.

The whole process was very straightforward. Products were easy to find, clearly described and at an acceptable price. The order was simple to place and the despatch time was speedy and efficient. Very pleased with Tooltray and will recommend family and friends.

I have wanted a band saw for many years. At last I have one and it is a strongly built machine.! I am hoping to make a lot of use of it. It certainly provides clean cuts. It is good on thinner lumber but finds heavier wood hard going.

My item turned up on time even after a message from tooltray.com saying they were awaiting a delivery from their supplier and there would be a short delay.
A call was received from the delivery people and half an hour later my item was with me.
I am in the building trade and rely on tools, , fixings etc turning up as stated on time.
I will be using tooltray.com definitely again.

the item, a chain saw was ordered on the 12th September, the card was processed on the 13th, but as of today, 23rd September, I have not got my saw. Having to wait is bad enough but most internet sales companies do not process the sale until the item is in stock/dispatched

I've bought things from them a couple of times. No problems to report, I will use again.

I ordered several cans of radiator enamel but unfortunately they were out of stock. When I explained on the phone that I was hoping to blitz all my radiators at the weekend they were really helpful and offered to send whatever they could get as soon as it arrived even if it meant sending separate parcels although in the end they all arrived together within 2 days. Very pleased with the service and would definitely order again especially as the paint was much cheaper than local DIY stores even after paying delivery.
