I pre-ordered a poster from TopatoCo. USPS lost it.
The company sent me a replacement with no trouble.
5 stars for great customer service and a great product!

I had bought a worthikids shirt when they first came out cuz yknow I was happy that they finally have merch but.. the shirt quality is extremely horrible first off the printing is kinda ehhh.. looks blurry imo or low quality, the shirt material itself when it came had a string hanging out. After a few washes maybe like 7 the bottom hem came undone.. the shipping was fine and fast but other than that it's not worth it. This was also my first time ordering from them the shirt was like 30 bucks (including shipping) :(

1-4 days to ship before payment magically became 4-8 days after payment.

My goods arrived relatively quickly from the states, and maybe because the contents were written on the package, I did not have to pay a tariff for custom check.
I have tried that packages from another company took more than a month and that I had to pay VAT *and* an extra tariff of 20$ for a book that cost less than that in itself, so I was very relieved this time.
And I liked my goods.

Had a T-shirt on order now for over 2 months and I had to contact them. They replied promtly to me and told me not when it would be here but the fact that they had "a medical emergency with our main screenprinter over the summer" Not impressed. Would not use them again!

Topatoco is a quirky website selling stuff such as t-shirts, mug, books, etc from independent artists. It's full of quirky and fun stuff. I bought several shirts and they all look exactly as shown! It's almost uncanny.

I selected shipping method with no tracking, and my order was delivered a week after they shipped them so, two thumbs up!! The t-shirts are all of great materials (American Apparel's). The only thing is, the image still looks like it was emblazoned onto the shirt (Topatoco uses screenprinting method, my understanding is it's supposed to be better). I worry the image will disintegrate with numerous washing, I guess I have to wait and see.
