Products are all excellent.... but...

Products are all excellent.... but...
My products include multi tools, bags and other cycling products. They are well designed and well made. As cycles have evolved the inclusion on torx bolts everywhere has made an otherwise excellent old tool redundant. Customer services try to help but in terms of product advice they are not very good, they clearly dont know or use the products and some tech support really ought to be available on quality products.

Can't fault them

Can't fault customer service at all.
I lost a part for my multi tool. I enquired about buying a replacement part and unfortunately they don't sell the part so they sent me a complete new multi tool with absolutely no cost to me.
Wasn't expected so really can't fault them

Useless product

After 20 years of touring this is the worst bag I have ever owned. Brand new back rack MTS strap mount bag. First time (for real) I picked it up the handles came away from the stitching! Contacted the rep who sold it to us, and have still heard nothing. 2 months into the tour the strap point on the bottom of the bag did the same thing. Really hard to attach it to your bike without this. Maybe it's time your started to put quality before your dividends. It's certainly no cheaper to buy your products, but the quality has declined dramatically.

I bought a really expensive d-torque…

I bought a really expensive d-torque 4-80nm torque wrench. The rpoblem is that it needs to be recalibrated every year and topeak doesn't allow to recalibrate it on your own, and you must send it in China at your expenses. Obviously it is not worth it, it's really a bad practice against consumers rights and the environment. I do not reccomend their products. They should be ashamed of themselves. Even the cheapest ones allow to be recalibrated

Poor Quality Product l Fake 2 Year Warranty

My friend helped me to order a Toppeak Midloader 4.5L on 20 June 2021 from Amazon. Unfortunately, one side of the zipper is broken in Dec 2022. It separates no matter how I try to zip it.

As I understand, the product is within a 2-year warranty. However, I emailed them my request to fix it as early as in 2022. Disappointingly I still have not heard anything back from them.

Bought a set of Topeak Shuttle Levers…

Bought a set of Topeak Shuttle Levers which snapped on first use. However their distributor (Extra U.K.) sent out a replacement in days. No questions asked. For that reason I can only heartily recommend them. Superlative Customer Service overrules everything else! Cheers!

Topeal disapointment, 2 items broke.

Bought 3 items from Topeak, 2 of them already broke after couple of months of very normal use. Topeak has no direct customer service, it all goes through the third party distributor. Pricey product, bad quality, no after sale support, won't buy Topeak again.

I had a Topeak Trolley Tote for years…

I had a Topeak Trolley Tote for years that I purchased it at a local shop for my kids to use. They all had Topeak racks but my Surly touring didn't. It was rarely used. But then I purchased a fat tire ebike with a Topeak rack, and when I moved to an urban area started carrying a Kryptonite New York chain lock and threw that in with my Faghettaboutit U-lock. Obviously, well over 20lbs in addition to my backpack when commuting. One day, both clasps broke so I had to velcro it down to get my stuff home. When I contacted Todson Inc. (Corporate for Topeak brand) to see if I could buy parts, I was encouraged to ship it in and they would likely replace it. So I did, and the new one showed up this week. Meanwhile, I figured out how to carry my chain out of the tote. And I am very happy about it. Now that I have the packaging again, I see that I wasn't realistic about carrying all that weight inside the tote. I was honest about all of that, and have no regrets.

Best customer service

I have a topeak bag that at the time I bought it seemed a little expensive but seems like a great product. two or three years after I owned it the zipper broke on the top of the bag the place where I bought it said I was just out of luck 15 years later I contacted Charlie at todson topeak within two days not only did I have a free replacement I had one that was as good or better than the one I had. that kind of customer service takes me back to when Chevys had fins on the back of the car at least the 1940s or 50s if there are any Fortune 500 companies that are wondering why they're going down the tubes and people are flocking to other companies read my review and understand even if topeak todson does not have exactly what I want when I purchase something again.. . they still have a customer for life and as much stuff as us bikers go through pedaling back and forth to work we go through a lot of stuff. I am now as we speak online looking to purchase more products from todson topeak. It is an awesome endorsement and their to the bikers of the world. If they stand behind their product so much that they do this kind of a replacement they must have a lot of pride commitment and dedication to the products they build which makes them Head and Shoulders Above the Rest of the people in the field.

We love this new cage

We love this new cage, and our bird is totally happy with a lot of space for playing with his toys and exercising.
The whole design of the cage is very nice and it fits design rest of the room. The little wheels is a great advantage, so we can move it whenever we need, to clean or just to bring the bird closer to where we are.
It was really easy to assemble, and it has a detailed instruction book which was packed together with the cage parts. It was nicely wrapped and packed. The bars and all the plastic parts are sturdy and look neat.
Totally recommend.

Great product and great customer service

I ordered a rear bike basket from Topeak and after a few months I broke the handle on it (the break was completely my fault - nothing wrong with the actual product). I called them up to buy a new one and they sent me one for free the next day. Just an outstanding customer service experience - and the product is great too!

Spot on

I own topeak wedge bag, no complaints does the job fine.

I also have the topeak mini rocket pump. Good pump seems well made and it now had alot of use.

I have the topeak ninja tc with integrated multitool. The 6mm allan key snapped on my first one topeak replaced this within 1 day spot on

WEATHERPROOF DYNAWEDGE

I recently purchased Weatherproof Dynawedge to go with my new bike and have been left very disappointed with the quality. The velcro straps that attach to the seat have come away from the main bag already making it useless! I expected more from a brand like Topeak.

Good products, consistent product line, no change for sake of change

Seven years ago I bought 2 wedge bicycle bags from Topeak and they served me well until last year when 1 was stolen. I searched on the internet and found an exact replacement.

Now the other one shows some signs of wear and I just found and ordered the exact model once again.

It's so nice, to have a company that doesn't change or "upgrade" just for the sake of change.

Many companies "improve" or "upgrade" their products but if you have become used to a bag and always pack it in a certain way, you don't want to change to something different.

So now I have a brandnew bag in stock, if one either gets worn out or stolen.

I have sawed of the quickrelease plastic tap, so I need a screwdriver to remove it, which the thief also needs(if he even can see how to), it was too easy before.
