Returned items without a refund.
Should have checked this review before ordering!

Bought darts from them which broke as soon as they were thrown.

"The shaft item is a consumable and are designed to withstand landing in a dartboard, we cannot account for what surface they land on when bounceouts occur and it cannot be deemed material fault"

I spent nearly $80 on bags from top rank bags. I could not see my order so I emailed them. They replied saying the order had been received and they gave me a tracking number. And said it would take 30-40 days. I kept checking and on the 10 Oct it said my parcel was at the sorting and distribution centre. Then no update. I checked many times a day. Then on the 16th October when I checked it said delivered on the 11th October at 1.40pm. Everyone was at home on the 11th October. I emailed the parcel company and top rank and I did not receive any reply.
This is a scam company they are doing fraud. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a Nike back support, they sent out a cheaper version. Wouldn't refund the difference in them so I had to return. What a waste of time

Ordered a boxing bag and chain to be delivered and received a refund the following day to say they had miscounted and no longer had the item in stock. Placed a second order for a different bag and the same thing happened. Need to employee staff who can count properly or buy a warehouse stock management system that calculates stock accurately. Sent an email complaining and no response. This company couldn’t give two hoots about customers. Avoid!

Bad experience, wrong item sent, they refused to send the right one before returning the one sent wrong, even though I explaned that I needed this item as a birthday present, they ignored my needs, and asked me to place a new order if required, really? a company that sends a wrong item and provide a poor customer customer don't deserve a second chance.

Don't buy from them. They took my money, sent the wrong product and then didn't respond to my phone calls or emails to exchange or return the product. A waste of money! (I paid for soft/padded hand weights for running; they sent hard plastic weights). A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Terrible service sent wrong size shoes and wasn't willing to send another pair out on time avoid like the plaque they don't care about the customer one bit

Don’t waste your time. I ordered 3 weeks ago. No parcel or refund they’re now not replying to messages. I’ve had to open a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back
