Update:
I ordered a DGT Centaur two months ago and never received anything.
They are trying to fool me with lies.
Opened a Paypal controversy, I received the money back from Paypal but unfortunately I sent them a Raspberry Pizero for a modification, and of course they took it without giving any refund.

Stay away!

I have ordered a DGT board, pieces and a clock. Nothing was delivered until I have complained. What was delivered was eventually only the board.

5 weeks have passed. I have since then called multiple times and was flat out lied to, told that the 2nd shipment is on its way and that I will receive a tracking number shortly. But I have never received the tracking number and nothing was obviously shipped. The remaining products have never arrived.

Follow up calls were not answered and my WhatsApp messages were not replied to with the requested information.

I now have to talk to my credit card company to get my money back as Topschach is obviously not willing to give me a refund or send the products.

Be warned, do not order from Topschach. They take your money but don't ship the products.

I ordered a DGT electronic chess board, but it was never send to me. They did create a track and trace code, but they apparently never handed it over to the post office.

After 2 weeks waiting I mentioned them that I want to cancel the order. Unfortunately they didn't reply to this, and they don't reply to the requests to refund me.

I ordered a chess set in January 2021 and it never arrived. They don't answer my messages anymore.

Never received my product. No reaction on my helpdesk mail. Glad it was only 20 euro.

I made an order on the 11th of November.
They took the money, but never sent the order !
And they do not answer to mails anymore, 6 months after.
This company looks like a scam more than anything.
Don't trust them!

I would strongly warn against trading with topschack.de
I placed an order for 164 € on 31 December 2020.
Payment was deducted from my bank account a few days after. I am in correspondence with topschack.de the first 3 weeks and where their response has been: "We are busy and you will probably receive your order next week". Now 6 weeks have passed and I have not received an answer to the last 2 queries. I think it is extremely poor service. I have now again notified topschack.de that I want my ordered order delivered as soon as possible or my money back. Fortunately, I have a lawyer who has promised to take the next step if nothing happens now!
But anyway, really really bad service!

Update: 6 weeks after my order I have received money back. I will never shop at topschach.de again!

I bought a set of chessmen on April 25, 2020. Order aknowledged (email received). Order Number: 9187.
Status is "In Bearbeitung" since and up to now (July, 7th). Paypal payment aknowledged as well.
Kind reminder by e-mail on June, 19th - yes, I have been very patient with regards to Covid-19 lockdown context. No response.
Second reminder using the website contact form, on June 30th. No response up today.
Any issue with providing or sending the item may be understandable. Not providing any information and not answering requests for updates is simply NOT professional.
