I wish I've read all reviews before ordering...

I wish I've read all reviews before ordering from there. Ordered a quite expensive coat from them, money was deducted straight away. Delivery was scheduled in a week, then at some point got an e-mail that due to covid my parcel is delayed, after couple days received an e-mail that parcel has been dispatched and I'll receive tracking number in my next e-mail. I did not receive tracking info e-mail, contacted customer services 3x times - no response. It's been almost a month, no parcel, no reply from them. Looks like a scam for sure.

Worst customer experience ever

Worst customer experience ever. I ordered items for more than €100 on the 27th of December, which have never been delivered. The only notification I received was that my order has been distpatched. No news since and the customer service does not seem to work! NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased a coat online and was…

I purchased a coat online and was charged a delivery fee with a delivery date. Still not received any communication or my parcel.
Top shop have taken my money from my account, not sent me confirmation of purchase, no tracking available or a tracking number, you can’t contact them, they do not respond to emails. I would strongly suggest that you do not use their online services. You’re bank account will be smaller and you won’t have anything to show for it! I will never shop here again!

Appalling Customer Service

Ordered items to collect from store at the beginning of December & was told they had arrived 22nd December but when I went to collect the items, they were not there. The store has since been closed due to lockdown, I have contacted customer service several times to ask for a refund as I can no longer receive the items I ordered, to be told I need to send them back for a refund to be processed! After several more emails they finally understood that I don’t have anything to send back and said I should receive a refund but if I don’t to contact my bank. I’m still waiting and when I try to contact them I get no response...appalling customer service!

What a farce

First time ordering at Topshop. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans in my normal size, when received they were more like 2 sizes smaller.

They don't provide a returns label with the items so I logged onto my account to download a return label but there was an error on the screen and a message said to contact Customer Services with a link to do so.

I clicked on the link, filled in the very small form and clicked ok, only for the page to send me to FAQ's about how to make a return!

I emailed and also tweeted Topshop but in the meantime, I was able to manually download a returns label from their website. It really is very annoying when companies don't just include a returns label in with the items and keep referring you to their FAQ's when their own website informs you to contact their customer service!

I have since received a reply to both my email and my tweet so staff are working. I understand the company is in trouble and I do feel for the staff but it really shouldn't be such a farce to return an item.

Of course at this stage, I don't know if and when I will receive my refund, watch this space.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks…

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my jeans. The tracking has said the same thing for 3 weeks. No response from customer service email or 'message us link' on the website. Their number is also not working. If you no longer have the products then please refund me. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had

No major complaints

I ordered some stuff from their website since they deliver to my country (non-EU European country) and the shipping wasn't too expensive, in fact I got it for free which was great.

A week after ordering, my order still hadn't shipped and I only received an update email saying that they were in the process of packaging it.

I ended up sending them an email (did not expect to get a response since many people aren't getting replies) and the next day I got an email saying that my order has been shipped. I received my order within 5 days – the items are in good condition and the right sizes.

Terrible

In December, they sent me the wrong item and on the day of the delivery i also returned the parcel to the post office. A month later, still have not issued a refund. Customer service seems to be non-existant, I will never buy anything from you guys again if you still stay in business. Do not buy anything off their website !

Never ever ever again

I ordered something in two sizes and only received one of the items ie half the order. I sent 4 messages to customer service before I got a reply asking for photos of the package, which I immediately emailed. A week later I got a reply asking for photos again. I have since emailed 5 times and no reply. I am left wondering if I keep the clothing I have received that doesn't fit and that I don't like in order to keep something for double the price or send it back thereby getting nothing for £35. That's assuming a refund would be processed. What a scam

Disappointing

I'm really shocked that I haven't been able to buy anything from Topshop without having to return it, as it's a very popular company. I didn't write a negative review of the first pair of faulty shoes I had to return a month ago, but since this is the second time I feel like I have to.

They sent me unboxed shoes in different plastic packages, and they looked slightly worn. Also, the lining on one of them was peeling off. Plus, they don't seem to have an exchange option, or customer service it seems. I don't know what is going on over there at Topshop but I'm not going to allow myself to be scammed by you again.

very poor customer service

very poor customer service. i submitted an order for next day delivery - i realised there could be covid delays but 2 weeks later there weren't even any updates to say it had been dispatched yet. My emails went unanswered then out of the blue i was refunded for the order with no explanation as to why it wasn't received!

6 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund, they don't come back on any email they have shut all of their lines. It feels like a scam holding on to my money and refusing to help

Returns label wouldn’t download

Returns label wouldn’t download. Concerned as the account blocks you from downloading another label soon way to return an unwanted item.
I’ve emailed customer service. No response. I shouldn’t have purchased anything knowing they are in administration.... I’m worried they are stopping returns.

be careful buying from Topshop on line

My order was not delivered (i ordered 2 month ago). i wrote 4 times to customer service, they are not responding. Be careful ordering from Topshop, and always pay with credit card so that you would be able to dispute the purchase in case they will never send it to you.

Terrible, terrible

Terrible terrible - do not bother buying anything from this site - they don't reply too customer queries or emails, don't supply a tracking number and I am still waiting on an order since 4th Jan. Will probably be sending the stuff backif it ever arrives.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service, daughter bought a pair of jeans that ripped at the belt line the second time she wore them. Customer services deemed it not a manufacturing fault and accepted no responsibility and returned the jeans back to us which are useless. They wouldn't even offer a goodwill voucher against a new pair. My daughter has previously worn topshop jeans and these have lasted for years so this was undoubtedly a manufacturing fault. very poor outcome from Customer services at Topshop.
