Repeat cake the same cake?

I ordered a cake, with a photo. It arrived, as requested on time. However, the fruit was scattered and the photo was way to small for the cake.
I rang customer services and they were very good to order a replacement. I insisted that the photo should be MUCH larger, which they said it would be. It arrived on time, but! Some of the fruit was again misplaced, and the photo was no bigger than before. Was this not the same cake? I suspect it probably was since the size of the photo had not been increased. I corrected the damage to the cake but I'm not a chef. I'm sad they they didn't include the photo size as agreed. The delivery was as agreed apart from that.

Marked Delivered, Never Arrived -Unreliable Service for Time-Sensitive Events

I ordered a vegan birthday cake four days in advance with clear delivery details. On the day of the Birthday, no cake arrived—yet their system marked it as delivered. Customer support admitted there was a bakery sorting mistake. Despite the birthday being today, they said they couldn’t deliver a replacement today and could only offer tomorrow, which defeats the entire purpose.No proactive fix, no same-day solution, just apologies while my plans fell apart.
Bottom line: Unreliable for time-sensitive events, poor internal controls, and inaccurate delivery status reporting. If your celebration matters, look elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling experience

Absolutely appalling experience. This company ruined my daughter's birthday.

We ordered a custom cake well in advance for her big day — confirmed, paid, and everything seemed fine. Come the day of the party, with all the decorations, guests, and excitement... NO CAKE. Not a call, not a message. Just radio silence. I had to chase them down myself, and after finally getting through, all they did was issue an apology and refund the money. No effort to make it right, no urgency, no backup plan. Just a cold “you’ve been refunded.”

My daughter was heartbroken. A cake isn't just a dessert — it's the centerpiece of a child's birthday celebration. Instead, we had to scramble last-minute and ended up with store-bought cupcakes that weren’t even close to what we planned.

If you're thinking about trusting this company with an important event — don't. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. Money can be refunded, but ruined memories can’t.

Cake ruined

The cake box arrived damaged. The cake inside was completely squashed, forcing me to improvise a solution. My child’s photo on the cake was smeared. I was very disappointed with the small, poor quality photo and the overall condition of the order. I will not be using this service again. To be avoided!!

A 5 for order execution and product…

A 5 for order execution and product quality
A 2 for easy of the ordering process. Example: When something goes wrong, allow exit but keep the incomplete order available and accessible for correction or completion. I had to redo all the work for maybe 5 times to get it right. Maybe I am dumb. More suggestions available
