Bought a cockerel on a ball three years ago . Everything was great until I went away for a week and my prized possession was obliterated with box blight.
Sent a couple of messages to top topiary to ask if I could get the box replaced. Absolutely no response from the company

If I could, I would give them 10 stars. Not only are the topiary and metal sculptures absolutely magnificent and striking, but the attention to detail and their quality is second to none. It is the loveliest, most dedicated and perfectionist team that you can find :-)). Everything was seamless and efficiently. I now have 3 metal pigs (1 Mamma, 2 piglets) roaming freely in my garden and it’s just too cute!! Everybody loves them 💚. The topiary animals will come once I have properly fenced my garden, but I can’t wait. Thanks a million Top Topiary!! So happy I met you at the Chelsea Flower Show.

Purchased a tree for my friends' 60th birthday.
Delivered overnight via tracked shipment & she received it the morning after placing the order.
We were face timing that morning (I live in Crete) & she opened the package so I could see the tree was exactly what I ordered. She was extremely thrilled with her gift & says she's going to check out more Top Topiary items on their website!

Product was good when it arrived, had to email as no communication had been received for a couple of weeks. My only complaint was I ordered a cockerel and ball, ie the tottenham badge and it came with a red ribbon lol

I love the topiary frame, the quality and shape are perfect. I didn't love the service. It was marked as in stock and would take 3-5 days delivery. I ordered it on the 15th of June and was informed that it was shipped on the 26th, ten days later. It was finally delivered on July 4th. The second reason not to give five stars is that there are no instructions included other than how to join it together. Nothing about how and where to plant it or with what. Looking on the website most of the help is about how to order. The instructions regarding plants are generic growing instructions, nothing about how to train plants for topiary. I'd love to give it five stars, but it's a disappointing experience.

Olive tree arrived on time and in good, healthy condition. Informative care tips too.

Unfortunately the long journey, from UK to Hungary was too much for the frame . It was deformed and some of the soldering has been broken.
I hope I can fix it. :)

Great idea. Slow to take the order but very quick delivery and pleasant to deal with

Dispatched well over two weeks after I was told it would be. When the Topiary frame finally arrived, it was crumpled and unusable. Didn't accept it and sent back and then refused refund.

All done on the telephone don’t know the chaps name but he was very helpful in buying a bay tree as people there have many times in the past
