The support to resolving a problem I had
was excellent. Very happy with the service

I was looking to purchase a shrub to develop into a multi-stem specimen over time. After making my purchase, I sent an email asked that this was considered when selecting the plant sent to me. I received a response almost immediately confirming they would take this into account and when I received my plant it seems to me to be a perfect selection.

There was a small issue with the courier failing to achieve next day delivery but I contacted Top Topiary and they liaised with the courier to arrange delivery on the following day (Saturday).

All in all I feel I received 5* service with a plant I would gladly have selected myself topped off with rapidly responding to my communications.
