I m so sodisfated from staff
They are most educated correctly
I recommended this agency for others
We have done 2 travels with them and the guide is so softly and the driver with name Kujtim and Ervin are fantastic and profesional

Tickets never received

Hello
We tried to
Get in touch with you thousand Times yesterday as we Never received the paid tickets:120€!!!!! And had to buy new ones and explain all this at the staff who Said we needed the réal tickets that YOU where supposed to send to them. We are waiting to
Ger our money back. It is a disgrace to treat customers

Top Tours arranged a month-long family…

Top Tours arranged a month-long family trip for us to Kuala Lumpur, Borneo, and Bali. While the trip was professionally planned and went smoothly, the site might not be the official one, offering less favorable pricing. Their service was informative and helpful with tickets, but be cautious about the site choice. Overall, an average experience.

Perfect family trip

I went travelling 1 month with my husbond and two kids this autumn and Top Tours arranged the whole trip for us. We went to Kuala Lumpur, Borneo and Bali. The trip was amazing and the perfect family trip with the right mix of relaxing time and sightseeing - it was just what we wanted. Very professionally planned and everything just went according to plan and smooth. I can give my warmest recommendations to Top Tours.
