What a great local company. Maybe I was lucky, but I went in with details of my roller blind requirement, and they said they could probably complete in less than a week!! They gave me a call to say it was ready for collection, and off I went to get it. All ready and waiting in protective packaging. Reasonable price, all sorted. Thank you to James and his team.
Purchased an external awning just over 3 years ago
The covers at both ends are metal with plastic covers to protect against the weather
Observed that the plastic covers were peeling leaving the metal open to the weather
Contacted the company who informed that the 3 year warranty had expired. They replaced the covers free of charge.

Phone the company on wanting a awing, said they would phone within 2 weeks.
On the 3 week we didn’t hear anything so phoned again to be told the person was on holiday but had our details and would be in touch.
After that week I gave up and contacted 2 other companies which they responded that day to come and have a chat.
Wouldn’t recommend this company to nobody.
If they didn’t want the business why nit say and I could have looked else where quicker.
Very rude business owners. They failed to provide an additional quotation for a window blind without me having to chase numerous times. Failed to return phone calls. Disposed our old blinds (only 12 months old we intended using elsewhere) without permission and then wrote to my wife and I falsely accusing me of being abusive all because I got so frustrated and raised my voice on the phone (for which I apologised). Terrible way to treat a customer who spent over £2.5k, and a real pity as their fitting and product were good quality.
