Easy transaction allowing online bank transfers. E-mail notification and online account status is somewhat sporadic but the overall execution from online purchase to final delivery is reasonable taking about 5 to 6 business days.

Both product price and shipment are really good

There always seems to be an excuse why shipments take so long. Made payment Friday evening, they acknowledge it on the following Monday and shipment arrives by Friday...if I'm lucky. That's a week for a customer doing business with them for 3+ years. Competitors are quicker and they don't advertise a Quick-Ship option like TGB does. Its time to get serious about customer service and shipping the products.

good variety, mostly ok prices and sometimes excellent prices. very quick service and ability to pay by bill pay (so higher limit than online debit and no need to deal with wire). it would be nice if they had cc payment.

TGB have pretty good selection of silver coins with competitive price. It carries most of the latest release of world bullion. The email and phone communication with the sales reps is effective and she knows the coins and their stock status well. I have no difficulties to get the latest status of my orders (I got multiple orders with different coins). The shipping is fast once the coins are in stock and they're shipped in very secured boxes and tapes. I would buy again from TGB and recommend it to others.
