While friendly and some good deals service is really slow.

There is a 20 business day wait on the 'deals' which isn't great but understand they hedge your money. This isn't the problem tho. At the end of the 'wait' your order should be sent immediately and in one block. Excuses about 'shipping' don't play out, as I've never run into 'can't ship full orders because insurance won't let them', from any other suppliers.

I would have remained a customer but the serious lack of prompt, much delayed shipping just fostered a lot of non-confidence. Having to email constantly to inquire when my order was going to be filled is not a way to build business or inspire loyalty... regardless of pricing.

All orders were packaged very well and shipped fast. I also found their prices very competitive.

I have been dealing with TGB for some time now and I will say at first I had some reservations on their delivery time,however over some time I have learned to read each specific coin definition to check if it is on order or in stock,if it is in stock delivery is within a couple days which can't be beat in this industry. Good and helpful people also.

Speed of transaction counts most, prices are good, availability of items reflected in the website (ie your stocks) is important and always seem up-to-date.

Very Trusted Seller, I've used them several times over the last 3 years,
They have very good prices and easy payment options.
All the items I've received were packaged exceptionally well and safe, Double boxed and wrapped in Bubble wrap. Very secure!!
I highly recommend this company.

Have purchased quite a bit from TGB. Marta has been awesome.

Unfortunately other staff are pushy and do not value customer service especially in the commodities business.
