Aweful support and management team in…

Aweful support and management team in general. My package was stolen and they didn’t even bother themselves to take a responsibility for it and it costed me $500. They started “investigation”, made me wait for 8 days then rejected even without providing any proof that they delivered to the right address and then offered to reopen it and wait another 8 days and told me that “we are happy to inform that the package was delivered, we will go ahead and reopen the investigation”. What a joke!!!

Terrible

Terrible! Ordered £350 worth of items and they were delivered at a time I was at work. Was a bit shocked and thought they’d knock and try again the next day, but lo and behold they had forged my signature and left the box somewhere/stolen it. Obviously returned home and my parcel wasn’t there, so I have tried everything in the past few weeks to get my items back/a refund and Tory Burch have been nothing but useless, even when I have physical evidence I was not in and my signature has been forged etc. In particular, a customer service assistant named Aly has been insensitive, unhelpful and refuses to give me the number for management. A shame as I used to love their items but if they use a bad courier service they need to own up to their fault.

Really bad experience ordered sandals…

Really bad experience ordered sandals na said for two day air 36 hours later and they still have not shipped I have sent numerous emails and I keep getting lied to saying it’s going to dispatch then I get told it will arrive Thursday no communication only staff who repeatedly lie AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Refunds take 3 weeks!

I returned a purchase and the refund is due 21 days later as the policy is 14 days not including weekends. I have never come a across such a long time period.

Unfair treatment of employees

Someone I know worked there. Worked open to close with little help. Little training. Lovely overpriced merchandise but lousy treatment of their employees. Especially the ones that work the hardest. If you’re looking for your next job, look elsewhere.

I purchased the miller

I purchased the miller. Loud metallic Argento and the emblem scratched the top of my foot so bad after one day of wearing it made a bruise. I called Paramus mall to exchange them and the manager told me to call customer service because they were worn. I said how would I know that they scratched my foot if I had not worn them. She said call customer service. Ok, so customer service did exchange them for another pair that I wanted for $30 more. And yes they did charge me the extra $30

I bought a handbag in their Bicester…

I bought a handbag in their Bicester outlet, and wanted to return it later as I was a bit dissatisfied. We checked their website for their return policy and it said items bought at outlet can be returned there, but they did not accept it in the store. Obviously they came back saying it's mentioned in the receipt and near the till. They have a small plaque saying this near till bit who would notice that. They prey on shoppers waiting to do an impulse purchase. Its pathetic that a so called luxury brand can not offer returns. Will never visit again.

Never Again!!!

I purchased a bag priced £420 on 11th May 2024 which I felt was faulty so I returned it and asked for a refund. They sent me an exchange which I refused to accept from DPD as Tory Burch said bag was sent in error and driver shoukd return it back to them. The bag was returned, but Tory Burch tried to tell me they never received it despite me providing them with a tracking number and screen shots of proof of delivery. I called Tory Burch almost every day for 2 weeks but customer service at Tory Burch are horrendous. They kep telling me they haven't received which drove me mad. I spoke to 4 different customer service people who kept fobbing me off. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I opened a dispute case. Tory Burch never responded to PayPal and so the case was closed in my favour and I received my money back. I would never buy from Tory Burch again because of the stress this caused me. I personally feel they tried to pull a fast one and didn't want to refund my money. Awful customer service, miscommunication between staff, and emails never read or responded to. Disgusting behaviour from a company like this. It took 6 weeks for me to get my full refund.

Returned refunds no MONEY ! Worst company ever

On May 18 I ordered the Mello thong Sandle size 10 and stud earrings. I’ll call them back and advised them that I did not receive the earrings. The rep that I spoke with, sent me another pair of stud earrings. I returned the Miller sandals size 10, because they were not true to size and I did not like the style. Then on May 21, I ordered the Georgia sandal black in size 10, only to find that they sent me a shoes that somebody already had worn! I contacted them to express my concerns and they did an even exchange and sent me another pair of Georgia sandals size 10 , and I returned the used ones. Then on July 4th I decided to order another style the Metal Miller Soft inner size 10 1/2. I returned those also because one shoe felt bigger than the other one and I didn’t like the way they felt on my feet. I’ll call yesterday to speak with a representative I wanted to make sure I got the correct credit for the order I placed on May 21 regarding the shoes that I returned on that order in the meantime while I was talking to the representative, we were going through my account and I was telling her I don’t see what she was telling me. In the meantime, I’m noticed I had two pending returns for two orders that I had already sent back to them while talking to rep, when I looked in my account this morning The pending orders were no longer there. I called and spoke with the representative, and proceeded to explain to her the situation she kept over talking me and was getting the incorrect information which started to make me very upset. I asked to speak to a manager, and when I got a manager on the phone and started explaining to her, she kept telling me did I know what the pending amount was I said it was 200 and something for each shoe, but I don’t know the exact amount it was showing cause it’s no longer there but I know it was in pending status then she went on to tell me that we don’t reverse orders and I told her I know you can’t reverse something that’s in pending status that haven’t even posted yet but when I looked at my account today, the pending status was no longer there. Then she said to me now because she speak and I told her to proceed she repeated nothing that I told her what was going on. She completely got everything screwed up and then she started laughing at me so since she started laughing at me, I hung up the phone. They have all there shoes & earrings back and I don’t have any refunds for my money and I don’t think it’s funny. These shoes cost a lot of money I returned, four pairs of shoes & a pair of earrings. The first pair that I exchange, I did a via over the phone with a representative and he did exchange for the Miller thong sandal for the Georgia sandal. Those were the sandals that were used. I’ll call back again and got a representative and she told me that we don’t usually do an even exchange the second time but under the circumstances I will go ahead and do an even exchange for the Georgia sandals for another pair for the same size since I received a used pair. When I received the exchange pair of Georgia sandals only to find that they were too small so I returned those. Then on June 4, I ordered another pair deciding to try a new style, which was the Metal miller soft sandal and a size 10 1/2 when I received those one of the shoes were wide than the other so I decided to return those. On June 15, I called and spoke with the representative regarding the stud earrings because I didn’t like the fact that they dug in the back of my ear and she advised me to take them to a jeweler to get them cut off . I said I called and they wanted $40 just to fix them and I paid more than that for the earrings and I was not gonna do that. I liked the earrings but they were digging into the back of my neck and she said that hers did the same thing and I wanted to return those in which I return those back to them via FedEx ! The only credit I received thus far is for $17.89 for four pairs of shoes that I return. I have all my emails regarding my returns and I’ve only got credit for $17.89 and got laughed at by the manager that I spoke to. They have all their merchandise back and refused to give me any of my money back and laugh at me on the phone. I don’t appreciate being treated like this. This is the worst company ever I will never be ordering anything from this company again I want my money back in my account and I want my money back ASAP or I will legal seek action. I don’t spend all this money to get a sorry product . Also, I’m upset because the two items that were pending yesterday is no longer there and the manager that I spoke to this morning And laughed at me the entire time, and I have no refunds for what I returned thus far! She asked me what was the amount that were in pending status I told her I don’t remember exactly how much it was but both items that were in pending . Status were $200 and something for the shoes. I should of screenshot but didn’t expect it to be gone the next day

I am very disappointed on the product…

I am very disappointed on the product (sandals) I bought for a gift to someone and they are falling apart. For the price that ridiculous. She’s only wore them twice that’s a shame. I’ll never do business here again that’s for sure.

Worst experience ever..it is a scam beware

I had ordered sandals on 26th may 2024.Strangely the address does not have the house number to which the parcel was posted.Now I am chasing the customer care which i must say did not act immediately and never bothered to update me for 3 days.Royal mail's status just mentions that sender has dispatched the item.Called Royal mail to check the status of the order through the tracking number provided. Weirdly it says the parcel was delivered in April 2023??????????? It is a scam...dont order from TB ever.

I ordered 2 TB bags within the last 3…

I ordered 2 TB bags within the last 3 months. Both shipped FedEx and both arrived. My Daughter on the other hand, who has ordered more TB mech than me, ordered sandals. They were shipped Veho. The package was left at the complex office that was closed not at her door. The package is now missing and they won’t do anything to rectify it. We believe the delivery guy took a picture and snatched it for himself. There are many other reviews having the same problem with this delivery company. I WILL NOT order from TB again if they don’t make her whole. It’s such a shame her hard earned money just down the drain because they hire a bad reputation delivery service.

My daughter purchased the Miller pave…

My daughter purchased the Miller pave necklace £310 for me as a Christmas present early December 2023, it was delivered to my door by FedEx,my door is exposed to the road, know one in,so it was left on doorstep and taken, she wasn’t asked about specific delivery instructions and it obviously walked and since then I’ve been trying to resolve the matter, totally unhelpful customer service,I have rung every week until last week I got am email to say contact the bank in how my daughter paid as nothing they can do , not interested in helping resolve the matter , so be warned they wouldn’t contest FedEx and that’s about it so let alone no necklace and out of pocket by £310 absolutely disgusted with the so called customer service offered no compassion or compensation, I will never buy anything from Tory Burch again money oriented in my eyes no customer is always right

Poor Quality & Awful Customer Service

I have shopped Tory Burch for over 20 years. The last experience was enough to say good bye. I ordered travel flats from the private sale. They came sewn incorrectly and glued improperly under the sole. I sent pictures and called. I got a customer service rep that was just in a rush to get me off of the phone by the name of Nicole Long story short, a so called scheduled pickup was made 3 times and FedEx did not show. After 5 phone calls and 2 emails they finally got the box. It was after I requested to speak with a manager, that never picked up to call back. A FedEx driver finally showed up to get the box. You would think that’s where it ended, but it did not ! A FedEx driver showed up the following Monday to bring the box back to me undeliverable to Tory Burch.

I called to let them know. They blamed it all on FedEx. Instead of apologizing for the unreturned, phone calls the non-pick ups, the awful customer service, and the poor quality of the shoes,but everything was 100% not their fault. I could’ve done with the simple apology that did not put the blame somewhere else for the poor quality issue. The poor quality of customer service, and everything else that came along with it. They were so apathetic and unprofessional. I’m ok buying flats from Tieks. The customer service at the least is amazing 🤩.
