No Reponse!
Not sure what is going on with this company! Very keen to get us in for a meeting and show us their site then chased like crazy for an order to be placed. Now nothing! No returned phone calls, no response to email, direct line seems to be disconnected and luckily we have had our cheque returned so we haven't lost any money! Wouldn't recommend at all.

Not quite sure what happened to this company, or my order. everything was going fine until we were informed that we were getting a refund for our order as the company producing the pop up banner had ceased trading....I’ve heard nothing from TD since then even after countless emails and calls to various contacts. Luckily, Display Wizard came to the rescue at a cheaper price and much quicker turnaround (silver lining and all that…)

Great Pop-up Banner!

I had quite a few questions about supplying the artwork and these were all answered for me promptly. Extra speedy delivery service too. So impressed when I saw the banner for the first time. Delayed Refund Goods not even stocked
I purchased goods from the website which turned out not to be in stock and discontinued. No issue I thought I will be refunded and can buy from another site..
No such luck.. They did not refund my money for over a week after several emails and chasing up with PayPal ...

We've used them for 3 different stands now & all our staff feel the same - they are excellent suppliers.
I can unreservedly recommend ever aspect of Total Displays - the stands look great too!
£1700 on an item, part breaks next day and i still have to pay for the replacement
Issue: I bought a 7-panel twist stand. The product was wonderful, after having it setup at an event, one of the panel rods broke mid-event.
I decided to use duct-tape to make the stand work.
After the event, I sent a photo to my account manager at Total Displays asking if I could have a free replacement for the broken part. After two weeks of 'investigations'. I heard nothing from them.
Finally, another person at the company contacted me saying:
1. I have to send the broken part back, they will send it to the manufacturer. I will have to pay for the replacement
2. IF the manufacturer says it's a batch fault, only THEN will I get credited for the money
Take from that what you will, I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Expert, professional, accommodating and affordable
We needed a large professional pop-up display at short notice on a tight budget. Karl advised us on the best options and went to great lengths to ensure we got the right product on time. The display was a key part of a significant PR launch we undertook, and we had much feedback on the professional look of the kit.

My account contact Steve Butler was right there with me every step of the way as this was my first time creating and ordering banners. Steve was even kind enough to send me pictures once the banners were completed so I could rest assured they were perfect for our event. Got there in the end with a first class quality banner and design
I stumbled on the Total Display site whilst googling pop up banners. There was an offer on for Grasshopper banners at £35.00 which was quite competitive. I phoned and discussed my needs and explained that I was a new start up business so I was on a tight budget. My first quote came in at £139.20. I waited a week or so after accepting then phoned to find out that there was an issue with the price of the design. The designer said it could not be done within a 30 minute slot. He needed 2.5 hours. I sent out a publisher file to show the general idea of what I was looking for which apparently could not be read by their software. I also reduced and revised the pictures I wanted as they would have been of poor resolution anyhow and settled on my business Facebook picture logo. A new quote was received and based on the fact that I had waited so long and I was convinced that I would get a good end product. I accepted the final quote which was a further £54.
It was explained that some of this was due to a busy period with low staffing levels and taking that aside I am very happy with the end product. Obviously , some people would no doubt have cancelled because it did get messy with lots of phone calls and emails but I just had a gut feeling that I was doing the right thing and I am not disappointed with the end product in fact I am very delighted.
Steve the account manager was very professional and very kind and pleasant to talk to. So as whole I would use Total Displays again and recommend Total Displays too.
