Another failure to meet order

After failed previous pre orders and poor customer service i purchased a non pre-order item and was given a loyalty card bundle due to being my 20th order. Did not receive this and the invoice shows they didnt mark it as in the box so with a chance to show they can do things right they have yet again failed to deliver what is stated. Simple option is to just avoid for future. Loyalty means nothing, service not there and rewards stated to incentivise purchases not met

Excellent

I bought two Alakazam ex boxes in separate orders and they arrived with really well protected packaging, a Maoam and a sticker which went straight on my guitar.

One of the best online trading card stores I’ve used so far!

Do not pre order from here big mistake…

Do not pre order from here big mistake not once but 2/3 times this has happened now , the whole idea of a pre order is you get it on the date of release , then got 1 email saying at the last minute mine will be out 2nd wave on the 10th of November it is now the 16th and still no cards been phoning up and not getting no where , no updates no nothing , complete joke its a £200 order im waiting for , and no updates , at this rate its a wonder if they will have customers going back as I will never pre order again that's for sure

Good store, but don't pre-order anything

Good store if you're ordering items that are in stock, but don't waste your time pre-ordering anything from here. Pretty much zero communication around item status or why a pre-order item hasn't been sent.

Pre-ordered an item over a month before release and had absolutely no communication around the item and why it hasn't been sent out at all. Contacted support to find out more and was ignored.

Really great website, never had a problem with any of my deliveries. The TCG prices are so cheap that I'm almost suspicious but as far as I'm concerned everything is authentic. Recommended!

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Pre-Order Mess

I pre-ordered Final Fantasy VII Rebirth from Total Cards. After paying and having the pre-order confirmed weeks ago, I have now received an email saying that they will increase the price and I would have to make a separate top-up payment to receive the game when it is released.

I will request a full refund and will not order from Total Cards again. Bait and switch is not the right way to treat your customers.

The price increase was due to our suppliers raising their prices, not a decision we made independently.

Do NOT trust this website.

It has been 10 months since I made my order. They keep on telling me the will give me an update as soon as possible but they never write back even when I have asked several times and I have been as patient as possible. Now the products I bought from them are twice the price so a refund will make me to lose money.

Ordered singles (Magic the Gathering)

Ordered singles (Magic the Gathering) for the first time, and after some research decided Total Cards were trustworthy, reliable, but most of all, grounded — brill customer service and prices!
My cards arrived on time and in mint, perfect condition, with a couple thoughtful freebies thrown in; will definitely be using this store again for Magic products.

Terribly delayed pre-order

Pre-ordered a few items from the Pokémon Obsidian Flames set about a month ahead of release. With a pre-order you expect them to dispatch the day before to ensure best chance of delivery on release day.

Total Cards decided to wait a good 4 days after release date before even dispatching. They blamed their supplier but no other card companies had an issue and apparently this is a common occurrence with Total Cards. I have placed pre-orders for the next set elsewhere.
