I got a new computer for my mum. Delighted with the service.

I purchased Norton Premium 25 June and I am still waiting for delivery. Total Computing do not answer their phone, do not answer emails, but are still trading. I have started recovery proceedings through Visa today 11 July. Avoid this company.

On April 25th 2018 I purchased a 5 copy version of Norton Security. Total computing sent me a 1 copy version. I have sent Total Computing 2 emails to which they have not responded. I telephoned them. The phone was finally picked up by someone answering on behalf of another company, who said they would get back to me. They have not. I have now requested my money back and there is still no response. However the company appear to still be selling online. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Good communication, order a good price and fulfilled fairly quickly.

Extremely dependable retailer. I have used them for a number of years and never been let down yet. My latest purchase of Norton Utilities caused me a bit of a problem when attempting to install (no CD port on my laptop). I contacted Total Computing and spoke to a technical adviser who responded brilliantly to my predicament. He got straight on to Norton and phoned me back with a solution within half an hour. Everything now sorted thanks to Total Computing. I wouldn's go past them.

Total Computing are very helpful - I had a query on an order, and they e-mailed me straight back almost straight away and answered my question.

Excellent service have used for some years.
Disappointed when I lost 40 days on my renewal of Norton. However TC pointed me to the right person at Norton who put things right. Beware Norton does not add on to the expiry date and I believe the TC order form should warn customers.
I hope to be back next year and maybe in the meantime for other items

Easy to use website, competitive prices, great service and prompt delivery. What's not to like.

I ordered 2 cash drawer keys and they arrived quickly - in a box big enough for a team of paper!
All good with the product and service, but surely postage would be cheaper if they just put them in a jiffy bag instead of a box that won't even sit through the letterbox?!
