Pros and Cons
Pros: Staff were super friendly, rooms were spacious and well set out and the view was amazing. Special mention for Josh who was super helpful at all times.
Cons: Cleaning staff remade beds and restocked room but in a 3 month stay only actually cleaned the room once after 2 separate requests for it to be done. Outdoor areas (balcony and stairwells) are in a fairly untidy unclean state and reflect poorly on the property.

Great company
Great company, easy enrolment process, the trainers explain complex items so well, real practicle examples as well as general text book study, nothing is too much trouble . This is a great place to learn. I would highly recommend Total Management and Training, and I will continue my studies with this company in the future.

Was so confused and was offered…
Was so confused and was offered assistance but was rushed through that and was left to my own devices. Wouldn't us or reccomend to anyone. Ran 3 certIV upgrades in same room at same time with most work needed to do on my own anyway. Very dissatisfied.

TAE Upgrade
I was required to upgrade my TAE qualification to 40116. I had already done the LLN module. I completed the Knowledge assessment at home through self-paced learning, then did the remaining four assignments with colleagues at a 2-day workshop.
For the most part, everything was straightforward. I took a lot longer than expected to do the Knowledge paper because I am a trainer/assessor who follows a written guideline, rather than someone who prepares one.
The training materials were excellent, and I am grateful for the helpful comments by one of your staff who reviewed my submissions.

My experience was a positive one. I was really nervous about updating because there were quite a few years since I did the TAE. The participant guide was great, as was the access to additional resources.
