They just want your money

They just want your money and don't care about you as a customer. Ordered racket including the racket weighing service as I needed specific lower weight: which i mentioned from the start. They charge 10 EUR for this which is already insane as most decent padel shops offer this for free and you can even get an exact weight. Despite clearly stating the goal of the racket weight was not disputed the offered me only rackets with a much higher weight. Non in the range i had mentioned. Afterwards they don't even try to provide you a solution besides ASKING ANOTHER 10 EUR 'maybe you get lucky now' - insane that this is the mentality. Never ordering here anymore. Found a perfect racket from another shop which just mailed me the available weights and actually try to help their clients. Not with Totalpadel.

I am writing regarding order #3389210, which I placed over a month ago. I still have not received the item, and despite my multiple attempts to contact you, I have received no response to my emails.

This lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I expect an immediate update on the status of my order, or a full refund. Please respond as soon as possible

After reviewing your order, it appears that the street number and phone number were missing from the shipping information. Because of this, the carrier was unfortunately unable to complete the delivery and the parcel has now been returned to sender.

Please rest assured that nothing has been lost. The package is currently on its way back to our warehouse, and as soon as we receive it, we will process your refund immediately. We are monitoring the return and will make sure the situation is resolved as quickly as possible.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I returned a defective item and they refunded me within two days. I am very satisfied. Other companies need to learn from this kind of customer service.

Best price and best help.

Totalpadel had the best price out af all the other company’s that where selling the racket I wanted. I had a problem so I mailed them and called them and they answered me instantly and they helped me so good. This is the best company for buying padel things there is!

Very very unclear import tax that was 40% of the total

Just bought a fairly decent padel racket from TotalPadel. Very surprised to have received a customs charge for £51 on top of the cost since neither the order email nor the checkout screens mentioned it. In fact, only once in the buying screens does it mention it (I missed it and missed it again when I asked them about it). This might not be illegal, not to mention anything on a pre-checkout order that this will be added, but it sure is not transparent at all. What was worse was that £12 of the £51 was a charge for the customs tax, not just the tax itself. So I paid 40% extra for this hidden duty.

As the UK is now outside of the EU, orders shipped there may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees charged by UK customs or the carrier. These charges are unfortunately outside of our control and are not collected by us.

When selecting the United Kingdom as the shipping country on our website, a notice appears on the front page with a link to a dedicated page explaining the potential customs fees and import taxes that may apply to UK orders.

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with Totalpadel. I ordered a racket that arrived broken after just one month of play. Claimed it was due to "multiple impacts" despite breaking during normal gameplay. Their warranty doesn't cover it, saying it's "abnormal use".

I've had two rackets break like this from Totalpadel. Clearly a quality issue. Avoid ordering from them at all costs. Not worth the hassle.

order never received and neither a refund

I ordered a Racket, a bag and some balls for padel. The parcel was never delivered and the support with the carrier was more than non existent. still waiting for anything like refund, parcel etc. and its now 4 weeks since it should have been delivered according to the carrier.
hands off if you don't want to waste money

Order of a Nox ML10 padel racket

Racket had to be back ordered so a slight delay but Michel, Customer Services Manager, shipped it via UPS to Ireland so it arrived the next day

Very happy with the price paid. Michel offered a discount and further partial refund when there were some very minor imperfections upon arrival, which I now understand can happen with the manufacturing process of padel rackets

The team can be slow at time to respond but their assistance and service is exemplary when they do

I will definitely buy from them again

My order was stated as delivered

My order was stated as delivered, just left at the front door when I was away.

When I came back the package was missing.

The company was informed about the matter on the day itself which is more than two weeks ago, and after one initial message the company holds a full radio silence whilst leaving me in the unknown about my package worth around 500€.

The way this company does it customer care is in no way how a company should run this.
