I ordered a transformer late on a Monday morning, with normal delivery of 3 to 5 days, and it arrived the next day! Fantastic service and a great product will definitely use them again.

I needed a new pump shipped to France, ASAP, Total Warehouse not only had the best price, but the shipping was fast and cost less than I have paid to ship a CD down here!

I ordered 3 items, from which only 2 arrived. I waited a few days, tried to call but couldn't get to speak to anyone. Was in a queue for a while and eventually gave up waiting, and option 3 "For all other enquiries" only asks you to "leave your name and number and someone will call back".
I called them again today and eventually spoke to the Sales team. I got through to a lady called Becky who was extremely helpful. We found out that from the 3 items, 1 was actually lost by the courier, so another one would be posted out immediately.

Because of the few quarrels, late delivery, unable to contact by phone easily... I was going to give a low score for first experience. But Becky was helpful, sorted out all the issues happily and efficiently, so I give them a 4 out of 5.

This firm have a good web site and good range, however, when I ordered and paid for next day delivery there was no indication that goods could not be delivered the next day. subsequent emails advised me one or more of the items ordered were out of stock and my order pending re-stocking. I don't mind waiting as I want the items, but on most websites, if an item is out of stock, when you go to your basket to pay this is indicated. On this site it is not.

My first order - ordered a couple of fluorescent tubes.
They arrived very promptly, but unfortunately on unwrapping them I found both broken. On being offered a refund or replacements, I opted for a refund. Full product cost and postage very quickly refunded. Shame about the courier, but I don't think that Total Warehouse could have done more to help. I found them friendly, helpful & trustworthy.

I would recommend using Total Warehouse.The delivery service was fast and the lights I purchased were cheaper than on other sites and of good quality. I will definitely use them again.

Good value, prompt service & delivery, good range of products, says it all!

I requested next day delivery as the goods stated, when looking a order status it did not show as being out for delivery. I rang Total Warehouse and spoke to their Customer Service department, they were apologetic as this item was not for next day delivery and had a 5-6 day delivery period as it was coming from the manufacturers. They refunded the postage immediately. I received the goods on the day that they said. Good communication, good service, and non stressful customer service. Well done
