Absolutely incredible! These bags truly feel like luxury. The gold hardware looks expensive and not cheap like you see on a lot of replica or high street bags. I do wish the packaging was a little more robust and luxurious to unbox especially because I had to uncrush my order (postal service fault) but the bags are thankfully intact considering the beating from the postal service. Will absolutely buy again!

I came across this company accidentally. Their bags looked gorgeous. So I ordered two. The Milan large bag and the Emily bag. Delivery was as promised and where there was a query, the response from the customer service team was prompt and friendly. The bags are so beautiful, elegant and well made. Highly recommend. Totes Luxe UK proudly advertises their products as being crafted from "sustainable recycled leather," yet my investigation revealed a troubling reality. It seems that these claims are far from accurate. Despite their assurances, the materials used in their products are sourced from Chinese wholesalers via platforms like Aliexpress and Alibaba. This blatant misrepresentation not only undermines trust but also casts doubt on the brand's commitment to genuine sustainability.

Additionally, its recycled nature is highly misleading. In reality, the bags are mass-produced in China, resulting in minimal variation and certainly not the unique, artisanal products advertised.

As a consumer who values transparency and honesty, I feel compelled to warn others against falling for Totes Luxe UK's deceptive tactics. Their greenwashing practices not only deceive customers but also detract from genuine efforts towards sustainability.

I urge Totes Luxe UK to reassess their marketing strategies and prioritize authenticity and transparency. Until they can deliver on their promises, I will be taking my business elsewhere

I had been looking at purchasing one of their London mini handbags for a while when I decided to go for it and I am so glad that I did! The quality is impeccable and the customer service is second to none. I dealt with Kate via email as I had left it last minute to order in time for mother's day. I had a look on the website with regards delivery and it stated to contact them to arrange next day delivery if needed so this is what I did.
Kate couldn't have been more helpful and I am very grateful to her for that. All in all totes luxe is a beautiful unique small business who I will definitely be purchasing more items from in the future!

Beautiful bags, really well packaged. Dispatching it took about a week but Kate in customer service was really helpful and it arrived quickly once it was in the system.

They were able to answer me quickly and make me feel good. (Thank you Kate🙏🏼) The bag arrived from England to Germany after a week and 2 days. The quality is impressive and you have the feeling of a bit of a designer and luxury😉 I actually Never Write any Reviews but I wish the small company all the best and would support its advancement 🍀 Now, that I know it’s not a fakeshop I plan to buy the black and grey Chelsea bag too. I can recommend the shop to you with a clear conscience after receiving the good.
