Signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge or permission!
I've used touchnote for a number of years and always been happy with buying a few credits here and there and sending postcards occasionally to friends and family. I went to do the same today and selected 10 credit, went through the checkout choosing paypal and authorised payment for the 10 credits. Somehow along the way (and believe me wherever this happened it was NOT in ANY way clear) they've signed me up for a subscription and taken a further £71.93!! I did NOT authorise this, I did NOT select or sign up for a subscription and this seems a very underhand way to do business! I've emailed the customer services to ask them to cancel and refund this so we'll see how that goes but please be aware, if you're making payment for something you may well, inadvertently agree for them to sign you up for a subscription and take money from you even if you don't have it!

9 year member. A communication lifeline.
I’ve used TouchNote for 9 years. It has been a lifeline of communication with family and friends while I’ve been caring full time for my mother and been unable to just pop out to the shops or post office. It has been simple to use and share memories and photos with loved ones. Though it’s never been possible to speak with a customer support member, they answer messages within a day or two and have been very helpful. Thank you to the TouchNote team.

Excellent quality and after care service
I was over eager buying too many credits using my mobile phone to order a Thank you postcard. These were immediately cancelled & refunded.
I've used Touchnote over many years. The quality of the Cards chosen and efficiency of postage has been excellent.

Solving my problem
I was on a bus tour in Belgium and wanted to send a card to my wife. On the bumpy travel I managed to subscribe to an ongoing membership rather than just a single greeting card. TouchNote rapidly sorted this out for me and delivered the note on time as well !

The No1 Card From U2 Them
I have been using Touchnote for over ten years, and never had a problem with them, Join the Club and see what you get! Also read my Comments in the following:-
1:- Ever gone somewhere & loved the place but can't get a postcard off it? Well you can with Touchnote because you can create your own take a picture on your camera phone and write your message on it ( Touchnote will add the time and place to it on rear where you have written your message
2:- STAMP's :- Create your own flag football club your face or any other as long its not rude
3:- You could be Anywhere as long as you have your mobile data on then send it to Touchnote and they will do the rest ie print it & post it doesn't matter what Country its going World wided
4:- Cards are the same apart from stamps as they are sent in a envelope with Touchnote stamp on it
5:- ALL CARD's ARE SENT FIRST CLASS
6:- You get a great service from them hence reason why I have been using them for over ten years

I love sending and receiving TouchNote cards! I have been using it for years. When created with personal photos, they feel very special and always get stuck on the fridge, providing joy for months. The app is easy to use, postage is quick and the service is always reliable.

Easy peasy postcards
Buying postcards is not always easy in other countries. But I love sending them! You don’t have to write a lot and the recipient knows you think about them. TouchNote allows you to take photos which are meaningful and send them as postcards to friends and family wherever you are. Love it!
