Excellent service. Excellent Product.

Firstly I would like to say that the customer service was fantastic, I was apprehensive making the purchase of the Tourx1 Orion as there was no reviews of the product. I emailed them and they put me at ease with their quick response and were happy/ very confident that I could use the product and send it back whilst covering the shipping fees if the product wasn’t for me. I can definitely say the bag will not be getting returned!



I’ve used the bag for just over a month and the bag itself is exactly as it says on the website, premium and well put together, exactly what I was looking for. I must say that the service matched the product, well done Tour Golf, Im just waiting on your other products to hit the market now.
