Have ordered from them a couple of times, great service. One or two things were out of stock and I received an email about 2 hours after I placed the order explaining that. Every thing else arrived the next day. Will use again without reservation.

Got some good kit and friendly guy on the other end of the phone but their website isn't what it should be, which is a shame. Spoils the whole thing.

struggled to find the part for a Coleman lantern anywhere else. their communication was efficient and it was dispatched almost immediately.

Only reservation is that the postage could have been cheaper given the weight of the item - it was a bit over packaged.

I ordered my melamine dinner set from Touring Gear over the phone after checking their stock level (I couldn't get this particular set anywhere so was delighted to find they had in stock). I placed my order mid-afternoon and received email notification confirming my order had been pleased, then a bit later one informing me my order had been picked and then another shortly after informing me my order had shipped. My dinner set arrived at 9.05am the next morning! Fabulous service, would not hesitate to buy from Touring Gear again!
