We were reccomended the insurance company XCover.com from TourRadar, for our vacation. My wife was admitted into hospital 3 days before we were due to travel. we informed the airlines concerned, and the tour operator TourRadar. We received confirmation, canceling the vacation. Upon my wife returning home we made a claim to XCover.com, confirming our insurance claim. After submitting over 20 documents, including the hospital report, we have just been informed that our claim has been dismissed, as we failed to provide supporting evidence of cancellation.
This is NOT true, we had sent copies of our canceled flights, confirmation that we did not take the vacation. confirmation that we had not received any form of compensation.
We even contacted XCover.com complaints department (on 3 occasions), but alas nothing.
Most people take out travel insurance, hoping that they will not need it. This proves that this company is not fulfilling its obligations.
DO NOT USE THEM, it is a waste of money.
Since writing this review, TourRadar have contacted us regarding our complaint about XCover.com insurance. It was escalated to Nicole in customer services, she has managed to resolve our complaint.
XCover.com were still requesting more documentation, even though we had submitted 25 different documents. Our claim with XCover.com was refused twice, but in fairness to Nicole at TourRadar, she managed to get a result from XCover.
We received an email from XCover today (22/05/2026) stating that our claim had been granted.
We cannot thank Nicole from TourRadar enough, she was polite, courteous and very efficient.
Well done, Nicole.

I have used this site a number of times now, and always had good service, queries are answered quickly, and generally the information is good. A few things could be improved. Some tours do not give very detailed information on the Intineries, single supplements are not always clear. Also you may find yourself being the only person to book on a group tour. Which can be dissapointing.

TourRadar is a scam based on my recent experience.I inadvertently booked the wrong tour. Within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation I realized the mistake and asked Tourradar to cancel and rebook the correct tour applying the $800 down payment. They insisted that I would have to cancel and forfeit my $800 and pay in full for another tour even though the requested cancel for for a tour 6 months away. There is no way any loss or harm was caused to the "operator". Tourradar took my money then shifted responsibility to the "operator". That is just not the way legitimate businesses work. Unless I am refunded I want nothing to do with Tourradar and will take whatever action I need to help other people avoid this scam.

Our driver Raymond was great, the scenery and experiences were wonderful. The hotels were clean but busic, and most were not very close to restaurants (who wants to walk that much after a full, tiring day of travel?) Our main complaint was the vehicle - we had 12 people, a driver and more than 16 pieces of luggage in a van (think of a small Amazon delivery truck or carpool van size). The seats were similar to economy plane seat size and legroom. It was cramped, and the seat layout made it challenging to get in and out of the van. For example, to get in the back rows you have to zig zag between seats and then go down an aisle that is between 12"-18" wide. If you are plus size, tall or have mobility issues, this van will prove to be a little difficult for you. So I would recommend the tour overall, but it would be better in a tour bus or coach for a more comfortable experience.

I am happy about this website until I found my passwords compromised. I tried to change my passwords , but I never got the email with code . The robot I talked to couldn’t help me further. Then I could find any real person to help me. I have booked five tours with them . I feel worried about my passwords . But who can help me ?

I've used Tour Radar perhaps 20+ times as my "go to" platform for booking trips. That, in itself, should say volumes.

I have used Tour radar many times and they consistently help me find the tour for my needs. Their response to my concerns have always been addressed. I will use them again.

This is a 3rd party site that sells the tours and experiences of other operators.
I cannot hold this company responsible for all the issues I have experienced during the tour.
But I do wish they published more detailed information and only promoted operators who supply detailed, transparent, honest information about their products (tours).
I had a miserable horrible experience with the operator who really didn't honour their promises. If I had more information about the tour, I probably wouldn't have booked it.

All went smoothly when I arrived at Cairo airport where I was met by a driver and taken to my hotel. The tour guides during the holiday in Egypt were lovely people and were on time to pick us up for trips and each one did an amazing job of taking us around and explaining all the sites. The buffets were incredible with such a range of food to choose from. We didn't really know our schedule pick-up times until the day before which for some people may have been a little bit difficult especially some starts were really early. I was okay with the early starts as I didn't have any jet-lag. On the whole it was well organised and a very enjoyable time in Egypt.

Our trip to Morocco last month was one of the most extraordinary experiences of our lives. Knowing we wouldn't be able to join the scheduled group tour, Abdo created a fully customized itinerary that met every one of our requests. His tireless dedication — both before and during our trip — sets him and Explore Adventures Morocco in a class of its own. We would recommend working with him without hesitation.
Our guide and driver, Ismail, was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. Accommodating, warm, punctual, and genuinely a joy to travel with, he embodies the very best of Morocco and its people. A true gem of a human being — we feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with him. Soulful, kind, and deeply passionate about his country, he went above and beyond at every turn to ensure our trip was as meaningful and memorable as it was.
If you want a real window into Moroccan culture and its people, start with Ismael. And of all the places to go and things to experience, finding your way to the Sahara is simply not to be missed — alongside the Imperial Cities and the breathtaking Atlas Mountains.
We are so grateful we chose to work with Abdo at Explore Adventures Morocco and Ismail as our guide. Together, they took what could have been a great trip and made it truly spectacular.

Tour Radar is easy to book with. Unfortunately when service is not delivered they disappear behind a screen ow words. They clearly do not vet any of the Operators they feature and although they allude to guaranteeing your booking they only pass messages back and forth. I would not recommend booking with them under any circumstance
