A Dream Come True
This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The scenery is beautiful, the dogs are adorable, and the mushing trip is well organized. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Prepare for physically demanding mushing because it's not (what I wrongly thought) a relaxed run on a sled. Keeping one's balance is key. I enjoyed learning how to take care of the dogs, and I was lucky to see the northern lights. Pack thick socks, layers, and a headlight.

The team was responsive and very helpful throughout the process. Although there were a few errors in the initial quotation, these were promptly corrected before I made the down payment. That said, the itinerary was quite confusing and did not fully align with what was originally presented, which caused some inconvenience.

I booked a cruise through tourradar in…
I booked a cruise through tourradar in January 2026 and was offered insurance add on at the end of the booking. I paid for the insurance as I was covered for over $4,000 and the cruise cost over $4,000
Two months later after looking at the fine print, I discovered the add on doesn’t cover cruises!
I have since sent multiple emails to XCover and tourradar.
Both XCover and tourradar completely ignore the problem and give me specific instructions to send messages through the XCover account.
I have raised this issue multiple times through their platform but have not received a meaningful response addressing the substance of my complaint.
My next option now is to put in a formal complaint to afca.
It is been an incredibly frustrating experience , I feel like I have been scammed!

I’ve just cancelled a trip with Stunning Tours and booked one with UME Travel. This was due to lack of numbers and guaranteed departure. Peter from Stunning Tours and Phoebe from UME were both open and responsive and apprised me of the potential problem while there was still time to make alternative arrangements with which they advised me.

It was easy to book easy to pay detailed the tour so I knew what I was getting. The only complaint I have is it was very difficult to get your codes to sign in other than that. It was super easy just waiting for the confirmation of my pre-hotel booking pre-stay booking.

My experience with this company has…
My experience with this company has deteriorated from frustrating to completely unacceptable. Yesterday, I left a review due to the lack of a clear itinerary. Later that same day, I finally received one—only to be blindsided hours later with an email stating my reservation had been canceled. No explanation. No warning. No accountability.
This cancellation comes just four days before my scheduled departure. I have already spent a significant amount on airfare, and with it being spring break, alternatives are both scarce and outrageously expensive. The financial and logistical impact of this failure is substantial.
I do not take leaving negative reviews lightly, but this situation is beyond the pale. It is reckless, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Prospective customers deserve to understand exactly the level of reliability—and lack of responsibility—they are dealing with here.
