Was in the process of buying leads for my travel company through the platform. As my team was reviewing when to make the subscription, a rep from Tour travel the world reached out in an unprofessional and rude way. The entitlement was beyond words. Can't recommend them at all

**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Leads & No Customer Support**

I purchased **285 leads** from **TourTravelWorld.com** hoping to grow my travel business. Unfortunately, **only one lead converted**, and **most leads were either fake, irrelevant, or non-responsive**. It was a **complete waste of time and money**.

To make things worse, **there is no proper customer support** to address concerns or assist with lead quality issues. **No response to emails or calls**, leaving me with **zero support** after my investment.

I would **strongly advise against using this platform**. They **promise quality leads**, but the reality is **very disappointing**. **Save your money and time — look for better alternatives.**

I am from Satguru Travel, I tried purchasing the subscription and before my finance team could make the payment I was lucky to see their real colors. As the payment process from my Finance team was taking time, they started behaving as if I have taken a loan and they are the collection agents, the agent I was dealing with was Dipali, Even before making the payment she started talking rudely. Its a Red Flag to this company, be aware people, there are many more better companies, however this ones a big NO NO.

Tour and travel world.com is 100% fraud company. Please do not come to its agency, I have already come here and given my 18000!

Took a land tour with viator from Puerto Quetzal. 6 of us were picked up at the Port it took a while to find our tour guide and driver. Once on the road our tour guide started drinking beer he ended up very drunk we sat around at the jade museum waiting for him to come back when arriving back it was clear that he was quite drunk he became abusive and the staff from the jade museum had to export him out they then helped us to get transport back to the ship.
As we had no idea where our coach was and neither did our tour guide. I would strongly suggest not using Viator is it appears that they do not check out the people who work for them and could place you in a very difficult situation, thank you very much to the staff at the jade museum.

FOLLOWING UP FOR OVER A MONTH WITH NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY.

i have purchased 175 credits for INR 5900/- (paid on 13th May 2024)….confirmation email from TTW attached below.

I have purchased a total of 17 leads for 38 credits since 13th May. Yet my current credits balance is only 50 (difference of 125 credits Vs only 38 credits used. Fraud transaction of 87 credits in my account). There is either a system error or some fraud is happening in my account.

i would like to you to investigate and refund the money paid. this is not a professional way to run a business.

Tour Travels World.com is a fraud company and no Leads they provided. Company staff change thieir name and e mail id and asked for tours, when you sent proposal then they will not pick your phone, many times called this is very expenses, many time no reply, many times postpone and lot of reason and finally they will not go with your company. This is a very big big trap in travel industry in the name of leads. We have to write something and no option except one star, other wise I will give negative rate for this company. So please don't come their trap other wise your hard working money will be zero and you have no option to recover this money.

Scam. Initially they will be behind you till closure with lots of false promises and later once you purchase, then no support.

All leads are fake or sometimes there is no requirements or calls. Beware.
