Great products, but GLS....
Great products. fast service and shipping but packaging is not safe enough to send with GLS. Did several orders in the last years but did not get even one parcel in undamaged condition.
But for the items i ordered arrived in good condition i give 5 stars for the shop and delivery.
GLS would not get any star at all.

1. waiting for RMA return of a defective product much more than one month without feedback.
2. waiting for a new order almost two month ( product are payed already) with a new status of delivery every week.

RMA: your case is filed and escalated with the manufacturer. Under warranty rules they must validate the diagnosis before we repair/replace. For the fastest updates, please use the RMA section in your TLHP account or reply to our emails, our team follows up regularly.
Order: the ETA changed after the factory adjusted its production schedule. Each change appears in your order page. If you prefer not to wait, we can cancel and refund in full; if you keep the order, we’ll notify you on firm milestones (allocation/shipping).
We’re here to resolve both cases, contact us via your TLHP account so we can close this quickly.
