Amazingly good!

I'm VERY satisfied with this purchase. The price of the speaker was the lowest I could find in Europe. Shipping was fast and accurate. Well done! I'll definitely order from you again in the future.

Everything worked perfect. I have received the package in few days (I made the order from another country). The speakers were packed very well.

There is always extra fees for paying

There is always extra fees for paying, I can understand for credit cards (up to 3% is ok) but nor for bank transfer, at least offer european prepayment to IBAN without extra charge. Allow choice of shipping companies, the current, DHL, charges 20$ to forward 7,55 in tax, and charges tax on both these items, that is extremely inefficient.

About extra fees charged by the carriers, do not hesitate to ask us disabling one or more carriers in your customer account settings.

Overall, options from what to chose is good, ordering and finding goods is easy. Haven't received badly packed products.

affordable, no nonsense, clear info

There is great choice, very appealing prices, quick responses, clear information about the availability of product, good packaging (for paints that makes a big difference) and fast shipment (when the product is in stock). For me as a Dutch commercial client TLHP is the best way to get my choice of speakers and some accessories. I ordered multiple times this year. Never a problem.

Cross-over 4 Ohm

Delivery of Visaton cross-over took less than a week, the product was well packed, properly protected against impacts. I was struggling to find 3 way 4 ohms cross-over for home hi-fi and finally I found it. Quality seems good.
