I had a wonderful experience to talking to Charisse at TOV. When I called customer service center to inquiring one of the dresser I have interested in. From the beginning of the call to the end. She is always very kind, warm and knowledgeable. Because of her excellent service, I have decided to purchase the dresser from TOV.

What I disliked, the legs on my chairs did not match, fit the chairs my chairs don't sit right and wobble. All I ask for is legs for my chairs. As much as I I aid for them. And no this is not the first time that I have inquired about this. I inquired when I purchased.

Ashely was so wonderful to speak to about our recent order! She was well spoken, understanding and so helpful! Cant wait to receive our order!

I had a question with my order, so I reached on on the website to chat after work. I noticed that they were closing in 5 minutes, Charisse answered me within seconds. Best Customer Service Ever. She went above and beyond and the next morning got back to me email. Not only did she take the time at closing time, but also researched my order and got back to me first thing in the morning. I am so impressed with TOV and more importantly Charisse customer service. Greatly appreciated. TOV you are top notch and lucky to have Charisse as an employee. Aaron was the most helpful CS person I have ever worked with. I saw the Tassle Pendant on a few sites with conflicting information on the power source. He was quick to respond and help me understand it was hardwired but gave me a solution for converting it to a plug in. I am SO impressed and pleased with this service.

If you’re looking for furniture designs that speak your language, TOV is the place. In addition to the uniqueness and quality of what they offer, the customer service and integrity in follow through is A-1. Nothing but stars as far as I am concerned.

The ordering and delivery process and simple and fast. The bed is also great quality, but there is an issue with the trundle. The delivery team spent a long time trying to fix it but it fits way too tight under the bed and isn’t usable

Great company, love my eva couch and when I needed to replace a part Mariela was very helpful. She responded swiftly. I will buy from here again.

I got a great sofa for a great discounted price and when I called in for customer support they went over and above to assist me and provide suggestions for alternative sofas in the same price range when the one I wanted was out of stock.

Lauryn made this experience a true ease. I ordered a table and chairs with the expectation the chairs were being restocked two days later. That wasn’t the case-BUT, when I reached out to inquire, not only did she send me similar chairs and other options-she followed through promptly on her communication and even provided tracking numbers. 10/10 would purchase furniture from here again. The quality is fantastic and the chairs are super sturdy!

I purchased the navy Callie couch. The price was high but I am IN LOVE! Looks exactly like the photo, the material is soft, and after a little bit of breaking in the couch is getting very comfy as well. Easy clean up when my cats make a mess. Bonus: unpacking and assembly was surprisingly easy. I am very short/petite and did it by myself in about 30 minutes.

Really quick shipping and easy to assemble. Only drawback is there was a small dirt smudge on white upholstery. It looks like a shadow so I didn't bother with the hassle of returning it.

In love with the Kupa Concrete Bookcase! What a beautiful addition to my living room!
