I have had my towbar fitted today and very happy with it, they both turned up on time and was very present, as far as I can tell they have done a good job no complaints from me.

Failed to turn up to fit a towbar
Failed to turn up to fit a towbar. Had to chase them, they said they were running late and would do later in the afternoon, then rang up at 3.30pm to say they were stuck somewhere and it had been raining and could they come tomorrow. Wasn't convenient so told them not to bother. Useless and reading the reviews it appears there is a common theme of letting people down. No wonder they were so competitive! Because they have no intention of honouring appointments. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT USE. Don't rely on this company to turn up to a scheduled fitting. I pre-booked weeks in advance, confirmed 3 days before via phone all was still on schedule. The day comes and no one turns up. No calls returned. They then blocked my telephone number, as withheld calls ring through but mine simply goes straight to voicemail. Terrible company. Ruined our planned holiday as we're now unable to tow our caravan. Disgraceful. I wish I was able to give 0 stars.

A joke of company
A joke of company, turned up 3hrs late to fit our towbar after having a booked time slot 1week in advance ...so not enough time to fit it...rearranged for another day ....called to rearrange again as over booked ....then can't get their van out the yard as the owner has taken the keys away for the weekend ...rearraged again and didn't turn up...no phone call to advise and apologies...holiday ruined now as I can't get a towbar fitted before we leave by someone else .....PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME

After 2 months this company have still not provided me with the correct number plate that The cost of was included in the quote. They ignore my emails and texts. I do not recommend them

Complete time wasters
Complete time wasters! Never arrived to fit my towbar, never offered an apology. Very rude and arrogant customer services who told me “we never get a booking wrong or miss anybody out” - Well, you do - and other reviews suggest it’s not a one off. Don’t waste your time with them.
