Q Roadside is 💯 powered by Towbook

Q Roadside is 💯 powered by Towbook and highly recommends using them above all other dispatching platforms especially if you are new to the business and just entering the industry or looking to try something new after 20 years of using something other than Towbook

inconvenient

I dispatch for a light duty roadside company in Atlanta, Boston, New York, New Jersey and more. A couple of years ago we used a program called "Dispatch Anywhere", it was smooth, fast, and efficient, never crashed, the maps worked perfectly. then we switched to Towbook, and honestly you would think that after a couple of years of updating a program they would get it right. But no. This program is slow, it takes 10-15 seconds to load up a current job on a driver. that's if the page loads at all. A lot of the time I'm given the pop up option to reload the page, which takes even longer. when youre dispatching numerous drivers and dealing with 60+ jobs at once, this can get extremely frustrating and wastes a lot of time. i see updates pop up every other week concerning billing and making quotes on Towbook. Fix the driver tracking on the map feature thats been wonky since day one, it doesnt show all the jobs let alone the drivers with location turned on in thier apps and phones. This app makes it harder to do my job. The whole thing crashes at least once every one- two months. ..

TowBook is an excellent choice for…

TowBook is an excellent choice for managing your towing and trucking business. Very easy to use. Prior to TowBook we used some systems that were cheap and had issues beyond reason. I am so glad to have come across TowBook. The mobile app is very user friendly, especially for drivers in the field. Our customers always know where our trucks are! Keep it up TowBook! We are a big believer and user of your management system.
