bought a thule roof box from these guys-excellent price and delivery would have been perfect had there been tracking for the details re when my box was coming as it was actually delivered within 48hrs and since it was supposed to be arriving on the 4th day i missed the courier as i was at work! had i been kept informed of the tracking of my box i would have made other arrangements for receiving it!
i did contact the supplier and there had been issues with this matter but it had been rectified-this was my only niggle and i would use them again!!:)

This was bought as a Christmas present and therefore has not been opened yet. However I was most impressed with the service received and will certainly let you know if there is a problem in the future.

The towbar arrived earlier than expected with the twin electrics conversion kit arriving a couple of days later.
Everything in the towbar kit was spot on but, sadly, the 12S socket arrived without any fixing screws and the casing of the NP 107 Relay is seriously cracked.
Hence the 3 star rating.

Tow bar was delivered very shortly after being ordered. I had it fitted at a local coachworks but it was discovered that a wire in the "buzzer" was broken. Repairing it was a simple matter but the fitter advised getting a replacement in case the wire broke again. I phoned Towequip and without any problem they agreed to send the replacement immediately and it arrived within 3 days.
The towbar works perfectly and I was most impressed with price and service.

The prices are good ( according to my husband) I would not know much about that. The delivery; which for our item was free, was also really quick. We initially ordered a tow bar for a saloon instead of hatchback version of our car; by mistake. They were good at sorting this. What more can you ask for. Great.

Got the tow bar for my Subaru Forrester with great service from sales & despatch but no matter what I said the accounts department insist on invoicing to the deliver person / address instead of me the customer the person who paid - not only did the accounts department get it wrong but they refused to put it right which means I will have a problem putting the cost on my business / tax accounts

The towbar arrived in less than 24 hours, although item was good quality and came with everything needed, the bar didn't fit to the pre drilled holes in the vehicle and I had to drill two myself. The pattern supplied was shorter than the holes that needed to be drilled, thank God I checked before drilling the car or I would have had to drill 2 more. Other than that, all was good.

I needed a towbar for my 2010 Zafira which had previously had a bar fitted. I phoned towequipe and they spent time and talked me through all the details including electrics and checked the cutout size to match what was already in the bumper. It was ordered and arrived by DPD within the hour slot that I had been advised. Additionally I was able to change the delivery day to suit, so I received it on the day and hour to suit me.
The bar was easy to fit and extremely good quality.

Ordered a roof box from this company. Information on the website was incorrect and the product was out of stock. I understand that mistakes happen, we are only human. However the way how the order was handled was appalling. I called them at least 4 times, every time I was promised a call back on the same day. It never happened. When I chose an alternative product, they lied to me and said that it was faulty and it had to be returned to the manufacture when in fact they sold it to somebody else! Then I was chasing a refund of almost £250 for 3 days. Very poor customer service. I haven't even received an apology.

They are quick to respond and keep you up to date on the delivery of your item . I would recommend to anyone.

Very good customer service. One of my items was out of stock. They contacted me and gave me several alternatives. How refreshing to do business with a company who realise their customers are important and not just a cash cow.
