I have found the Arthro Gel is wonderful for my sciatica pain. I put it on a few times a day to keep me mobile.

Just started with the product and it came the next day I am a new customer

Been using arthro gel for awhile now . I’m on my 5 th tube now quick delivery and recently a phone call telling me when my gel will arrive very happy with the service

I have suffered with arthritis for more than sixteen years until I found out about arthrogel for years I have been using ibuprofen gel and zapain 500mg tablets for sixteen years with no effects started to use arthrogel and within less than a week now I am pain free

Ordered the gel after seeing a YouTube video offering a free gift which was of the value of £10. It arrived and the free gift was a sachet with 12 tiny patches in, which was totally not worth £10 and certainly not the gift shown in their videos. The gel doesn't work for me. I complained to customer services but totally useless. I feel I have wasted a lot of money and the offer is totally misleading.

The prioritise good customer experience. I had a bad experience and the owner reached out to me. He had definately listened to the call as he knew when I was talking. He personally apologised and gave his number and email so I could go through him to re-order so I wouldnt be put off. I was extremely impressed how much this company actually does put customers first.

Re ordered my Arthrogel today and received a call from Joseph to see how it was going and any help I might require.
I think he new from our call that the product is fabulous and helps me with my pain of Osteoarthritis in my knees, shoulder and back.
The gel is not a cure but helps the problem of pain I have.
I never believed it at first, but after applying it daily, I would struggle without it now.
Never believed the adverts, so I had to give it a go myself to see.
I was wrong and the reviews are right, that's why I am writing mine now.
Its soothing, no drugs in it, nice smell and easy to apply, no stickiness too.
If you are like me and wary about what others are saying, then do as I did and try it for yourself.
Again I am so happy I came across this product, and appreciate the call from Joseph today.

I have been shopping with Tower Health for a very long time, right back to the days of ordering from a printed catalogue! Now, the website makes purchasing quick and easy, and the items always arrive promptly and in mint condition.

With an increasingly sore arthritic hip, I have been dependent on ibuprofen 3-4 times a week which has been really upsetting my stomach. A week after using Arthrogel and I am no longer taking ibuprofen! It's extraordinary just how effective the gel is. Just ordered 3 more tubes!

Complaint not about product but service, ordered Arthrogel ( which I've used before and found it good ) I placed order on 5th May confirming my order , last note I recieved in 5 days , not recieved by 12th May so gave a call and left message also sent email same day , no reply to either of them , then guess what I recieved email on 13th May to say order had been dispatched which I received on 15th May, something must have gone wrong somewhere , was not very happy with service 10 days for a tube of gel to arrive , on previous order was about 5 days !!

Excellent products and great customer service

Very happy with the interaction with Tower Health. Queries about delivery were answered promptly and politely, after delay in product availability. The product was packaged well and included a joint patch and hand gel gratis.

Nice friendly company, Michael at Tower Health is really helplful. Highly recommend.

First time using this firm. Customer service excellent. People very pleasant and helpful. Only been using product for 3 days so too early to say, but feel some improvement.

Of all the products on the market I finally found one that actually works! I’m currently waiting on a hip replacement and this stuff keeps me going. Started with three tubes and just ordered another six. Excellent stuff!

I bought the arthrogel and also received some joint gold patches for free. I have arthritis in my hands and using both products simultaneously. I can't believe how much it's helped my pain and stiffness. Will definitely be ordering more.

I was looking for a set of dustmite plug in controller. I prefer buying directly from smaller companies rather than going to Amazon if I can and I found Tower Health. They had exactly what I wanted and combined with free shipping my purchase proved cheaper than Amazon offered. My items arrived in super fast time. Customer services wasn't needed. The units work perfectly. I even got a couple of freebies with my delivery too. Their website is good to navigate and easy on the eye. My experience was a good one and so I'd definitely buy from them again.
