Went to Seekonk town fair tire with tire air leak and Shane the advisor helped me significantly because they did not have that tire in stock and tire was technically unrepairable but in order to get me home they came up with a way to patch tire and get me on my way! Thank you very much!

Taje and the Team did a great job. The Folks here are helpful with selecting tires and with the prompt service they provide. I had an afternoon appointment and there was an opening earlier and they called me to ask if I would like to come in early. That was a great gesture and much appreciated. Thank you.

Torrington, CT store. I had purchased tires,however,when they came in there was a defect so I was offered to either wait for the tire or buy other ones. I chose to get other ones with the understanding that if I didn’t like them I could return them. After a week they we not the tires for me, I went back and dealt with Hank, he was able to get me the original tires I wanted. Excellent experience!

I was searching for comfy and quiet tires and when the set I purchased wasn't what I was searching for, they gladly helped me exchange the tires. Southington CT Location - Excellent, prompt, professional and trustworthy! I called at 1pm and spoke with Bruce saying there was a nail in my tire and I had an important appointment to bring my daughter to the next day. He told me to come in as soon as I could - which was 3pm. When I arrived, he had already hunted the tire I needed and applied every discount he could find. Upon checking my vehicle, he noticed that one of my back tires would be a better tread-wear match for the new front one, and said he would rotate the back one up front to match the new front one, and put the good front one in back to better match the back tire. As if that weren't enough, even though he estimated the job would be an hour and a half, it was ready in half an hour!

Jordan, at the Augusta, ME store was extremely helpful. He was able to take care of my tire repair without an appointment, took me in immediately and replaced the valve in just a few minutes. He was polite and accommodating, I'd recommend Town Fair Tire to anyone, especially the Augusta, ME store.

Town Fair Tire Plymouth MA at Colony Place was beyond exceptional. Tires were installed and a full alignment completed within the hour. Quick, convenient, professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Matt at Marlborough was awesome. He is professional, patient, kind and helpful. He helped me choose the best tires for my car and gave me the best price. He was courteous and gave me great advice. He could not have been nicer and more helpful and his service and care for me and my car were top-notch! Also, I was at this store two weeks ago with my other car which had a bolt in the front tire! It was leaking air fast, so I got over there just in time, and this time, Colin took care of me. He was great too! Found me the right tire to replace my tire that was wrecked by the bolt, got it mounted, and got me on my way in a timely manner. These people are always ready to give great service! I appreciate going there whenever I have tire needs! The prices are great ad the people are the best!

Be careful at this store the manager mike didn't treat me with respect because i am not gay Or maybe because i am an immigrant luckily did not call me a wetback they need to hire more mature a professional people there TFT.

This was the best tire replacement experience I have had in my 40+ years of driving (Auburn, MA). Starting with the website, I was able to get the information I needed (specific tires, cost, and warranties). I set up my appointment, and when I arrived I was greeted and brought out to my car for review. The tire technician informed me that the existing rims were fine (since I previously voiced concern about them). The new tires (4) were installed and I was contacted when the job was completed. Everything was clear, orderly, efficient; a professional operation to say the least.

I was very pleased with the service at the Town Fair Tire store in Old Saybrook store when I had the front end of my car aligned. It was completed promptly. Both Josh, the assistant manager, and Derrick, the tech, were professional and helpful.
