Thanks to Tow Time's excellent communication, friendliness and outstanding capability, they had us out of a challenging breakdown in no time. Two other tow companies recruited by our insurance had already attempted to recover our vehicle, which was stuck in a river, and had failed dismally - even their trucks got stuck and needed to be towed out. So it was such a relief to reach Tow Time who arrived prepared, with expert drivers, and had us out in seconds, they made it look easy. Even after the incident, Tow Time responded immediately to my follow up queries, helping me to locate my car and liaise with the tow yard for its repair. I can't recommend Tow Time highly enough.
