They not replying on emails ,I don't know if they shipped the dress or no. Should be shipped already but no email came

Got my dress in 2 days lovedddddd the fit and material!but it Did not fit started to panic but I email them and with in less then 2 hours they got back to me . Returned the one I got and got smaller size . The chat team girl was a doll really felt understood 💕💕💕

I rarely write reviews but I had to for this company! I was on the hunt for the perfect reception dress, I found the Jackie in white on TikTok and fell in love with it however, they didn’t have my size. I commented on the video asking if they would be stocked back in and someone actually replied and said it would be in stock in a few days. When the product actually stocked back in someone reached back out to let me know (customer service 10/10), I bought it immediately.

The dress is so pretty and worked perfectly for my wedding reception! The only negative thing I have to say about the dress itself is that it is somewhat see through-not terrible but I do have tattoos on my ribs and on my bum and you could slightly see the one on the bum through the dress. I wore a nude pair of underwear and that took care of that!

This dress is a fabulous dupe to the $350 option.

Sizing is TTS. Love that it has the corset back so you can really make your waist snatched.

My husband loved this dress on me so much the night of the wedding he said “you’re definitely putting this back on in a few months” 😂

Got the two piece corset with flower skirt for my birthday. It was beautiful great quality and a wonderful dupe for the Fanci club version. Only thing is it doesn’t stretch at all. Very exact. I wouldn’t definitely purchase from here again! Fast shipping also

This company is a Scam. Do not purchase anything you will lose your money. They do not care about their customers once you buy something your money is gone. I keep emailing them but they don’t respond. But when you are purchasing they respond quickly, I returned a dress and i never heard from them. Sent more than 5 emails and thry keep ignoring. Buy at your own risk!!!! Update !! They resolved my issue and i finally received the refund for the dress that i had shipped back to them at my own expense. In future i hope they resolve issues before a customer has to resort to leaving bad reviews.

This is an updated review because I previously gave this boutique a low rating but they’re starting to become very dependable. I purchased from this boutique years ago and only barely liked 1 out of the 3 things I bought from them. They sent me my store credit refund but then I noticed it wasn’t in my email so I wrote to them and they never gave me a response even with my attempts to email them. I decided I’d go on TrustPilot to complain. Someone from the company saw it and resolved my issue immediately. Fast forward to today, I took advantage of the VIP 40% off sale + my gift card. This time around this boutique was on the ball with shipping, communication, and quality of products. Much happier with them. Whoever decided to take accountability that day deserves those 5 stars. Thank you for helping!!!

I ordered a dress that was too small and I have been talking to a ghost email. I have received one response and now I am getting ignored. I am not asking for my money back I was asking to get a bigger size. They show me they don't really care about their customers after you give them your money. Not buying from here again. The dress was a cheap material too!

The Gown I purchased was gorgeous if you wanna stand out in any event this is your dress . It’s such a classy chic dress.Run for it Ladies . I am giving 4 stars because I ordered a medium and it was too big so I had to return but they exchanged it for me at no extra charge.

I ordered a white backless gown. The Shipping was super fast. The dress itself is gorgeous and the material is great quality, pretty thick, not see through at all. Definitely will be purchasing other colors.
