I live in the UK and found them great with the offers they have and you can get new Hot Toys cheaper then used Hot Toys in the UK on eBay. Plus the quick shipping times, OK its FedEx and the shipping is high, but you will get your figures within 4 to 6 days and no added duties to pay.

On the few occasions i have asked a question regarding a figure, they always get back to me and also warn me sometimes on new old stock figures that could have pleather issues. I have purchased 17 Hot Toys Figures to date and have saved a lot when compared with eBay and Sideshow USA, where the import duties just kill you.

Totally recommend them to all.

I received my INART The Batman figure yesterday and I am very satisfied with my experience with Toys Buying Agent. The figure arrived in perfect condition. It was well wrapped and well preserved. Expedition and delivery were incredibly fast. Having originally purchased The Batman with Toys Wonderland over a year ago, it's been a long and costly road in getting this figure but I finally have it. I've had no issues with TBA, have purchased from then off and on since 4/2024 - I've purchased from both TBA and POP though I prefer TBA - so far FedEx from HK is faster than FedEx domestic ;). Anyway - have no reason not to trust TBA, they also respond rather quickly to requests.

I ordered two hot toys collectibles that were dispatched,within a matter of days via FedEx international. I live in the UK.

There was a delay with my delivery date, due to fed ex not toys buying.

I messaged fed ex, to confirm when order will be delivered. They couldn’t give me any information regarding shipment as I wasn’t the shipper!

So I messaged toys buying agent, explained to them what was happening.

Within 24 hours later received an email confirming 5they had contacted fed ex and there was a delay with all shipments due to the influx in of parcels being shipped over Christmas/ new year.

Advised that the order is en route and I should receive it soon.

Two days later my parcels arrived no custom charge either.

As described what you buy is what you get! This is a superb company that I will be using over sideshow for sure.

These mob based in HK are fantastic. They went out of their way to source me a Hung Hing Gold Lightan and shipped to me in Australia. Communication speed is one of the fastest, most times instant reply, at most a couple of hours apart, during operating hours. Highly recommend.

After bad experience with Toys Wonderland I was worried about buying from another Hong Kong reseller,
but everything was perfect, delivery within a week no damage and fast response to emails. Have now bought many more hot toys perfect every time.
Only improvement would be a pre-order with deposit
system.

I have been buying from Toys Buying Agent, well, since before he was known as that. He was the first Hong Kong seller I purchased from and has never given me anything but the best service.

Delivery is always quick, he gets things in stock quickly and communication is.always crystal clear.

Even recently when there was an issue with the courier( due to no fault at all by TBA) TBA ensured I was looked after, that my payments (preorders from over 18 months ago) were protected and that I was ok before anything else.

There are very few places in this hobby you can trust without a shadow of a doubt, but this just so happens to be one of them
