I purchased the littlest pet shop 18 pet collector set series 4 for my daughter from Toys N Tuck, it was the first time I had ever shopped with them and I went ahead and made an online order.
I have to say they are first class and a special mention to Lewis from the online team whom I dealt with, he’s was absolutely brilliant and kept me upto date with my order.
I will certainly be buying again from Toys N Tuck in the future, my daughter is so happy with the collector set.

Bought a Monster High skullector doll from here and it was a great experience, postage was super fast! You can buy from here with confidence. I live in Essex so will definitely visit the shop in person.

I was initially a little dubious to order from a smaller shop when the item I wanted wasn’t available at larger retailers, but I’m so glad I did. The item is a genuine branded product and the delivery was Excellent.

I came across this small independent store via a Google search for some Minecraft action figures. They were cheaper than elsewhere and their website is very user friendly.
I found some other things and ordered. The box arrived a few days later, well packaged and secure.
I'm very impressed with their service, website and even their Google keywords .... I shall be back

Awful shop Avoid toys n tuck their customer service and manger are lazy and rude. Wanted to return faulty item with in 13 days of purchase ,when item worked for the two seconds staff used it I was refused a return when I asked for manager they refused to come to speak to me now left with fault item because I had opened the packaging. Awful shop will definitely never use again we will always go to SMYTHS TOYS RAYLEIGH WEIR !!! The so called replacement you gave me was a well played with used and filthy all characters were already on it. Which I only took so I could sell to try get my money back. The 5 mins u spent doing this it's a Shame u did not want to talk to me when I was waiting in Ur store for u. Have a lovely evening.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I emailed them as I was unable to order a certain amount of my autistic son’s favourite toy. They were able to increase the amount I was able to order within minutes! Honestly absolutely life saving as we use these toys as incentive to go about day to day life and all out local toy shops had sold out. Cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond and their fast service!

I'm always a bit wary of online shopping on sites I don't know, but I was pleased to have found this one, and it all worked out well. This is a family run business... the prices were good, and the delivery fast. The delivery box even had a sweetie in it which is a nice touch, and a business card with a photo of the shop the things were from.

Great site with some of the lowest prices around. Delivery was fast and included a couple of extra little freebies in the package. Will definitely use this site again in the future.

Took a punt on an unknown online shop as it was selling the desired item at nearly half the price of Amazon. Yes, Amazon isn't always the cheapest you know! Originally ordered a complete set of Looney Tunes Lego Figures and fully expected them to be opened and resealed (to be 100% correct) but when they arrived, they were all still sealed individually labelled inside a Lego brand mini bag which went down nearly as well as the free moam sweet!
Full set of figures (all 12) for same price as buying 12 random, if thats not something to chuffed at you obviously never spend ages feeling packets for a certain tell tale sign of what it could be and still end up with double ups.
They toys they sell are no more expensive than big known stores and internet giants but the care and finished detail really does make buying as a gift a good experience.
Also reasonable threshold spend for free delivery.
Needless to say, i recommend and shall use again in future.
