Play house with slide and double swing
Items arrived within the specified time frame. Sadly the slide was damaged within transit however dealing with customer service and spare parts team replacement slide is on its way the following day.
Customer service/ spare parts team were fast and responsive amd easy to deal with. Thank you

Speedy response to a delivery date change request
I raised a delivery date issue using the online request form. You normally have to wait quite some time to get a reply buy TP Toys’ AI response agent replied almost instantly with a email that made sense and clearly got to the bottom of my request. A couple of minutes later Bea from the customer service team emailed me to say that my change request had been actioned successfully. A very speedy response from a company that has colleagues who care about their customers.

I ordered a playhouse for my children’s…
I ordered a playhouse for my kids birthday’s and had some challenges initially with delivery of our final part of the playhouse and communication with the customer service team.
However once raised internally the customer service was amazing, I had a response well within the given timelines and a fair resolution. We have now received the final part and really appreciate the team in taking accountability and finding a fair solution for us. ☺️

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit. Arrived on time, all present and correct, constructed easily over a morning and a really delighted grandson to boot. We found pre drilled feature a great bonus!!

The tp outdoors ufo den climbing frame is amazing but the seem around the entrance started to come away, after sending photos over of the seem tp was happy to send a new den for the frame and I received it with in days, extremely happy with the service

Amazing company

I had to return an item and could not…
I had to return an item and could not be more impressed. The item was not faulty it’s just it was going to be too big for my kids. Anyway I emailed late on a Thursday to ask for a return got a reply within 5 minutes and this pattern repeated with all correspondence. End result was the return was organised swiftly and efficiently. Impossible to handle better in my view. Superb service by nice, kind and professional people !

Found the customer service brilliant. Ordered a tree house which came
In 3 parts. Unfortunately 2 parts came but we were missing the slide. They were already on it and making sure items were arriving. When slide hadn’t appeared for a couple days they sent a replacement straight away. Found them easy to deal
With and very willing to help
Which was much appreciated specially as this was for my son’s birthday. Would definetly order from here again.

Pirate swing g boat
I have had a double swing in my garden for over 25 years. It was the best item of garden play equipment for my 3 children, and was in constant use. When the children grew up we were thinking of removing the swing, but then our granddaughter came along. She enjoyed using the swing so much we decided to replace the double swing pirate boat, as it was 25 years old, but still functioning well. Unfortunately after c.6months the stitching failed. I contacted TP toys and they replaced it without a fuss. Wonderful play equipment and wonderful company

We are sorry to hear about your experience and can understand your frustration when a nominated delivery date is missed. We dispatched your order in full in plenty of time for it to be delivered on your requested day, but the carrier has confirmed one item was delayed from the collection depot to the delivery depot and arrived too late to be loaded that morning. It was loaded onto the van later that afternoon, but the delivery was not allocated due to time constraints. Our customer service team can only go off the information provided to us by the carrier at the time you contacted us, so we understand this made it look like you were being given inaccurate updates when in fact we were relying on what we had been told. Your order was delivered the following day and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The playhouse is falling apart and is extremely unsafe! The roof fell off and thankfully didn't hit my child! All of the screws have rusted and snapped many have fallen out! Some stuck in the where they snapped off! Screws is all that holds it together! Zero interest from tp customer support! Do not buy terrible quality!

Terrific customer service, fast delivery, extremely well made structurally, Cannot fault them. Purchased for our granddaughter, assembled by my own firm who are professional handymen, so we have a lot of experience of these type of products over the years. So when we say terrific, we mean it !

Half delivered, no customer service
Ordered a slide over a week ago (was supposed to be 48 hour delivery) and a week later I've received half a slide.
Customer service is abysmal, still waiting to hear back from them at all.
This was for my daughter's 3rd birthday, ordered well in advance, so will never be using this lot again.
